The stand does not support the frame well... it falls over easily. Never even loaded a photo on it so I cannot comment on the picture quality.

I originally used fatEX file (windows 10 does it that way) when I formatted both, fat32 (which took a bit more research & time to do cause its an older file type) communicated with ensignia tech support & bottom line, NEVER got it to display a single (non-factory loaded) image.

This device certainly works with JPEG pictures. It was probably an issue on how heavy they were or their resolutions. Make sure they are less than 4000x4000 pixels.

I have to unplug it and plug it in over and over through out the day. It stop working when it feels like it. I was excited when I got it for Christmas and everyone else thought it was awesome until 2 weeks in it no longer works

I just recently found out this digital photo frame quit working for them. I was told it has not been working for a month or two, but because it was a gift they did not want to say anything to me. At first I thought it might be operator error, but it does not even power on. It has only been four months since I purchased it and was used even less after it was gifted. By all reports it only worked for about two months before it died.
