I had to return this digital picture frame because the stand was not stable and the frame kept falling down

Kept falling over works great but need reworking on the stand

It's not stable touch a finger and it fall down . No music. Don't worth.

Not worth the cost. You're paying for software to view pictures in a cheap frame made of plastic.

I bought this for my mom as a Christmas gift. It wouldn't read the SD card, so I took it to Geek Squad, but they couldn't get it to work. I exchanged it for another one, which had the exact same issue. I ended up returning it and getting a completely different digital picture frame.

This screen suffers from ghosting of images and takes a long time for the LCD to warm up when it comes on. The user interface is also pretty terrible and not very intuitive. I ended up returning it and just printing a picture/buying a nice frame.

This was purchased as a birthday present for my brother and we were unable to get any photos uploaded on it. The stand was also very poorly designed and the frame would not stay up and kept falling over. I returned and purchased a different brand which had no issues.

I took it back because it wouldn't read the sd card only to find out that NONE of the ones in stock worked! Then saw online that others were having the same problem. Wasted time!

I bought the frame in February, 2018, but didn"t try to put any pictures on it until December, 2018. When I plugged it in, it came on and then shut off and now it won't work at all. I can't return it because I can't find my receipt

Can't understand why it stopped working other than the fact that it cheaply made, trying to return it for maybe a replacement or another brand. I have another one that has been working for several years.

Broke after like 2 days screen just stopped working. Returned got new one made it about 5 days same thing. It was a pain to get pictures to load sometimes they would b distorted.

It would’ve been great but the plastic “kick stand” let falling off. Bad design.

I purchased two of them. Both of them stopped working suddenly. The screen blacked out completely.

Purchased for child’s room to rotate favorite photos but hard to set up and didn’t last. Save your money

Can't beat the price of this frame and overall I like it. Problem was it wasn't displaying many of the photos I had loaded onto the USB drive (it just showed a question mark in browse mode). After doing some digging, I figured out I needed to resize the photos. Easiest way to do in Windows that was to right click on the group of photos, select Send To -> Mail Recipient. It then gives you some size options - I chose small. Once it attached the smaller files to an email, I moved them from the draft email to the flash drive and they all display in the frame now. The files were not that big to start with, but it seems to be more about pixels than megabytes. Too much work IMO, but this cheapo is sticking with the frame given the price paid.

Ive seen bad digi frames. This is not bad. Actually its pretty nice. Resolution of my HD images are good enough. Above average slide show transition effects to choose from. Havent figured out yet if I can rotate image and have it stay rotated. So far keeps reverting back. So you may have to make sure all your pics are properly rotated. Or maybe I just cant figure out how to make it stick within the frame's software. Minor gripe. Good choice of media acceptance. Reads my SD card flawlessly. Nice looking simulated wood finish and the matted effect even nicer. Makes a difference, enhances the beauty of it all, and makes the image seem larger than it really is. Maybe a tad pricey at $70 but relatively fair price considering the nice looking frame and matted effect.

This frame works great, it is attractive and fairly easy to use. My one complaint is that it will not see my 64 gig memory card. No where on the box or in the instructions does it tell you what format or size of SD card to use. If your buying a card make sure it is in the FAT32 format or the frame will not see it .

Works perfect. Easy to use and setup . The wood trim also looks real wood
