Bought this frame for my mom and she loves it. Goes with dark wood really well. Easy to use and i love that it came with a remove.

I bought the frame Nov 2015 and it stopped working Jan 2018 for no reason. I tried all of the trouble shooting I could find, then contacted Support. Support had me do all of the things I already tried (I get it, they have to make sure all of the trouble-shooting steps have been followed). After some back and forth I was told the one year warranty had expired (which I stated in my initial email to Support) and they couldn't do anything for me. I was expecting an offer of a refurbished model, a discount on a new one, etc. Nothing. Their solution was to provide the model number of their newest frame so that I could purchase a new one. My response was that I was not going to purchase the exact same product that had just failed on me. I would expect a product like this to last quite a long time as there is no wear and tear and it really doesn't do much other than display what's on the SD card. It was a nice frame while it lasted, but I will be looking to Amazon for my next one.

This photo frame is quite nice . Serves the purpose and displays pictures beautifully.

HORRIBLE. Stand is flimsy and doesn't hold frame. I eventually gave up because it was so annoying. I would LOVE to know how this has such incredible reviews. I bought it based on the reviews. The package was not taped so I feel like it was a return. The frame was slightly dented and there is a black dot on the white part by the pictures. Totally disappointed and plan on returning it. Such a shame too because I put a USB in and the picture quality looked great.

I ordered this frame online and received a damaged product. There were pieces of the frame chipped off underneath the glass of the frame. I called Best Buy customer service and they expedited a replacement to me with a prepaid return label. However, this item was also damaged with markings along the wood. I then took both back to a Best Buy store and sifted through about 10-12 boxes in the store to find one in acceptable condition. It is very upsetting that I ordered online for convenience and still had to make a trip to the store. This was specifically requested as a gift otherwise I would not have paid for this product. Very disappointed in the quality control for this product. You'd think that since it is a digital picture frame meant to be looked at, there would be an extra step in place to make sure the frame/glass looks presentable and free of scuffs/gouges/ imperfections. Would not recommend this item and definitely not worth the price.

Cannot get either the orange tint or yellow tint out of pictures. The contrast and saturation can only be changed either to more orange or yellow. Even black and light pictures have a slight yellow to them no matter how much you change settings. My HP I had for years that finally went bad you could change color to a red to hue on up to purple just like TV's. And pictures looked perfect in both color and black and white.

I bought 2 of these picture frames, the first didn't even turn on and the second has been giving me nonstop problems. The second worked for a few days then said the photos were unreadable. (I literally turned it off for the night then turned it back on the next day and it wouldn't read the SD card.) This happened multiple times when setting up and when trying to enjoy the slideshow. Would definitely not recommend this headache, not worth the expensive price.

I was having full confidence on BestBuy products. But this one wiped out that. The screen started fading two months after I brought it. Went to BestBuy for an exchange and was told there is no warranty bought. I can neither use it nor donate it.
