After messing with the settings and called customer support I realized that it was the cable that made the image purple. Will not purchase again.

I have two items purchased in June that are still in the box - this must be one of them. I purchased on the premise I would get direct support in setting them up. If I could do it over, I would have purchased a different computer vs the all in one. A computer that had easy to use items built in.
