He was very helpful and it was not his fault, but I am very disappointed with the product. I could not afford a "real" screen, so this was basically my only option. In hindsight, I should have just projected image on the wall until I could affford a real screen.

The screen is paper thin would only work well against a solid color wall. Extremely overpriced for the poor quality. I bought it out of convenience when shopping in store because my Amazon Prime screen got stained. The insignia screen sucked so bad I gave it away and continue using my old coffee stained screen.

Incorrect Billing

But they billed for 2 coffee machine. After waiting for more than 90 minutes they just took the picture of the receipt and credited my money back. But the store manager was very rude. No respect for a customer.
