    Does what it does. For the price of what I paid for ($45) it was worth it but for the retail price of $90, it isn't worth.

    Cord seems to have stopped connecting to my phone or the plug. Sometimes the charge connection is shifty. For 60 bux it should last at least a year. Not 2 months.

    The powerbank works great! the cord however stopped working after 6 months. Wish that lasted longer for the money spent.

    To preface, I purchased an open box unit. Maybe mine was just defective (possibly why it was returned in the first place?) Now for th3 review: My laptop is capable of accepting 90W of USB-C Power Delivery. This 100W power adapter gets extremely hot to the touch while powering my laptop, despite being capable of 10W more than my laptop is asking of it. It also turns off and on intermittently. I will be returning this power adapter.

    Got it for my XPS but it gives error messages. It was recommended by an employee of Best Buy. Still works but I guess it is not strong enough for my computer?

    Nice USB-C cable but the so-called 100W charger worked about three times then died quietly. This was charging a MacBook Pro that will even work using a 30W basic charger. The cable still works but it becomes rather expensive when you need to buy another charger. This is supposed to have a warranty but the Insignia web site is not very user friendly. I will not buy the house brand again.

    Stopped working - store didn't honor 1yr warranty

    Stopped working after 6 months. Went into store and they said warranty was only 60 days even though package and online info says 1yr warranty. Had to buy a new one for $70. These should work for more than 6 mo and BestBuy should honor their warranty on their store brand products

    This item is not worth the cost. It is less than 1mo old and is no longer working. When I plugged it in it sparked and would not allow power to start the computer. We will be returning this item for a full refund.

    Bought this charger 2 months ago and it has already stopped working. What a waste of money. Return window is “closed” so you get screwed out of that as well. DO NOT BUY! I would give it 0 stars if I was able. So disappointed.
