The Insignia 100 dual port charger fits all my needs for home and work. it does have the ability to fast charge anything from my wireless earbuds to my Lenovo Y laptop in a speedy manner. Gone are the days where I needed to carry multiple chargers on business trips. with the Insignia 100 Watt dual USB C charger kit, I only need this one charger. The charger comes with an AMAZING 8 feet well built USB C to USB C cable that I know will last for a long time. the charger delivers 100 Watts when one device is being charged or 65W and 35W when 2 devices are charged. of course the cable included with the charger is 100 Watt certified which means it will work with everything that takes power from a USB C port. the charger does have a 1 year warranty and I doubt that I will be needing it. the charger has a really small foot print but it it heavy! although its heavy, it doesn't fall or slip from the wall plug when inserted. this foldable plug is formidable. I also tried to charge my wife MacBook Pro and it did charge it like a charm. I really like this charger!

I had been needing a new charger for my MacBook Pro and this charger works absolutely perfectly. Insignia may not carry that "premium" label, but the quality of their products lately has become much stronger and basically in line with those of the name brands which was why I had no hesitancy with this charger. Firstly, right out of the box I was impressed with the small size of the charger as for a dual charger I had expected it to be larger. Then the 8 foot USB-C to USB-C cable had a great quality feel to it and was a nice added bonus. Upon getting the charger plugged into my MacBook it charged it extremely quickly as the charger met the Apple specs of fast charging and seemed to charge the MacBook much faster than the base 67 watt charger you get with your MacBook. The dual ports was what really stood out for me here as when traveling it is nice to have as it allows me to charge both my apple watch and iPhone at the same time without having to bring two separate charging bricks. Additionally, I did not have any issues charging both my MacBook and iPad at the same time so this charger will really take everything you throw at it. Overall, I really couldn`t ask for more in a charger as for the same price as the name brand MacBook fast charger you are getting an extra charging point and an 8 foot USB-C cable and for me I did not see a difference in charging times to need the name brand cable in this instance.

Decent and it does the job,but very expensive compared to other products with the same wattage. I got a 128W one on amazon for $20 bucks. It was too late to return this one.

Scared to plug it in. Everything I plug it into the wall or I plug a device into it sparks fly so I'm scared to use it now

The Insignia 100W Dual Charger with 8ft 100W USB-C Cable is hands-down phenomenal, especially if you are on the go like I am much of the time. It's the perfect combination of utility and size and can bring my M1 Max MacBook Pro up to 100% in about 120 minutes (with the supplied USB cable). For even faster charging, I was also able to use the USB-C end of the regular wire MacBooks come with and it charged my MacBook to 100% in a little over an hour. Very impressive, especially at this price point. One of the best parts about this charger is the fact that it has two USB-C outputs so you can charge two devices at the same time. That slows down the charge a bit but is well worth it to be able to keep moving on the go without worrying about battery with a slower charger. I cannot sign this charger's praises high enough. The only thing I would note about this charger - as with any charger - is to be careful where you plug it in. It generates a pretty good amount of heat while it's turbo-charging your device(s) so I would probably avoid plugging it in to a power strip or anywhere where heat could be a potential hazard. Overal, A+ in my book!

This charger is great. This brand is doing a lot better with a lot of recent products. This charger is compact and very useful. The only thing is that it is big. It takes up some space when plugging in. You should still be able to have another item plugged in to the same socket without a problem. This easily replaces the charger for a laptop with a usb c charger. I have two laptops both accept usb c. It charges them very fast. I also have a popular tablet I use this charger to charge. This charger has the ability to charge two usb c items at the same time. I’m able to charge my smartphone and tablet at the same time. Very convenient. Also I like that I can fold the wall plug when I’m not using it. Makes it better for transporting and storage. This charger is just as good as the other major brands. Definitely powerful enough to handle anything you plug in. It replaces a bunch of charging blocks for me. No more having to keep switching out of the socket. I just keep the cords plugged in at the same time and fast charge two products. There’s a strong cord included. As I said before this is just as good as any major brand.

This 100W USB-C charger works extremely well. The 8ft included cord is heavy duty and handles power with ease. Though not quite as fast charging as my factory laptop cable, it had no issues keeping my laptop going. With 2 ports, you can easily charge a laptop and phone, or laptop and tablet. Starting from a 30% charge, the factory cable will fully charge my laptop in about 1 hour when not in use. The insignia 100W charge was a little slower at about 1 hour 45 minutes. At 50% battery, plugging in and using my laptop for work -heavy productivity use, screen on full bright, and on WiFi- It was much slower to charge, but never lost ground. Averaging about 1% increase in charge every 10 minutes or so. The included 8foot cord is nice when you need an outlet, but your productivity station may not be so close. If using to charge a phone, check the manufacturer specs and recommendations to keep from causing any damage. My only con to this charger is that it has 2 USB -C slots. It would be more multifunctional to have a standard USB slot along with the USB-C

This charging "cube" is terrific! This Insignia 100W Dual Charger, together with 8ft USB-C Cable, does indeed provide a tremendous increase in charging power and speed. Time spent bringing our devices up to fully charged was approximately 1/3 of the time it would have taken with the 'so-called' fast chargers we routinely use; as with the chargers which came with our devices. We have many different types of charging devices, from a variety of brands, that we use around the house and in our vehicles on a daily basis. Insignia, a Best Buy brand, is one of them. Insignia's line of products is of fairly standard quality, and definitely one to consider when you're wanting to choose a less pricey option. Something notable worth highlighting here is that having an 8ft USB-C cable is really nice, instead of the 6ft long ones which usually come with so many devices, by default. And boy is this cable heavy duty! The woven texturized material looks and feels of high quality. There's even a handy velco cord tie attached. Unlike other "power cubes" I'm familiar with using, this Insignia one doesn't get hot or even the least bit warm while it's plugged in and charging. This is a big plus, in my opinion. As I do my work from home, I am able to charge my electronics whenever necessary. But it's good to know that by using this powerful "super fast charger", my phone will be fully charged and ready, so that I can just 'go go go.' I'm ever mindful of power outages during storm season, and prefer to always have my devices at optimal levels of battery life, just in case. This type of super-fast dual charger, does just that. It's really beneficial to have a reliable alternative to the charging cubes/cables that often come standard with mobile devices. And I'm actually quite impressed with this Insignia brand one. Both my husband (who has Apple products) and I (I'm an Android user) have used this Insignia 100W Dual Charger, and loved it. His iPhone gets fully charged super quickly, as does his MacBook. My Samsung phone and Galaxy tablet have had the same fast charging results. Plus, we can each charge one of our devices both at the same time! There are many differing types, and brands, of plug-in super-fast chargers out there, but I can definitely recommend this Insignia dual charger as one to consider for your needs.

This charger does exactly what it’s designed to do: provide up to 100 watts of total power to charge phones, tablets, and laptops. Buying a charger with this much wattage allows you to utilize fast-charging features now commonly found on the latest phones. For example, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra supports 45-watt charging, while a OnePlus 9 Pro charges up to 65 watts. This charger has enough power to fast charge the OnePlus 9 by itself at full speed, or it can charge both phones just under their fastest speeds. Regardless, it's going to be a lot faster than most of those individual chargers that used to come with our phones. Another benefit of this 100W charger is its ability to charge laptops. Even if you have a power-hungry laptop, such as a gaming laptop, or a laptop with a large screen, this charger will charge it. It’s important to note that if you’re charging while heavily using the computer (when gaming for example), depending on the laptop’s wattage usage, the charger may only be able to maintain a charge, rather than bring the batter back up to 100%. And some laptops may not be able to run at full speed if it recognizes the charger provides less wattage then the one that came with the computer. Regardless, the laptops will still charge using this charger. One more note, the charger uses a USB-C connection. The latest laptops can now be charged through one of its USB-C connections. The Insignia 100watt Dual USB-C compact wall charger is a goo solution to fast charging all of those electronics we all seem to be dependent on these days. As we all know, the days of getting a charging block with our new phones, tablets or just about any other item are behind us. Then to make things more complicated, many of the cables the new devices come with are USB-C on the end that would go into the block, making many of my current charging blocks obsolete. That is where the Insignia 100 watt plug in charging block is nice. This wall charger has two USB-C ports that allow charging using either one of the ports or both ports at the same time. According to the literature, when using a single port, this charging block provides up to 100 watts of output. If you use both ports at the same time, this charger puts out 30 watts and 65 watts at the same time. Also included with this charging block is an 8 foot, braided USB-C to USB-C charging cable rated at 100 watts and 5 amps. If I have only one complaint, it would be that the charging block is a little on the larger size and may interfere with other items plugged into the wall plug. I haven't had too much of an issue, but if I was using something with another block at the plug, it could be a little tight. Otherwise, this unit does exactly what I needed it to do. Provide me with two additional USB-C plugs to charge my devices.

I was rather impressed with this charger's build quality. It looks better than a lot of the OEM chargers that were included with my devices. It has two USB-C ports (one for a laptop or tablet and another for a phone), and it has a nice (relatively) long cord (making it perfect for use with a laptop). I was honestly surprised by the quality of the cord. The cord is covered in braided material and feels quite sturdy and premium. There is no "seam" on the metal part of the plug, and it appears to have been molded from one piece of metal. The plastic portion of the plug seems quite sturdy too. Being able to charge both my laptop and my cell phone off one brick has been a nice change of pace at the coffeeshop. My only complaint is that the charger is white. Most of my tech is black or grey, and the white stands out like a sore thumb. I also worry that it could yellow or start to look dingy over time. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this charger and recommend it for anyone looking for a single brick to charge both their laptop and cell phone.

This is an excellent little charger. For its power rating (100 W), it is relatively compact. The two power prongs fold in for easy storage. It features two USB type C ports on it, and even comes with a very nice white EIGHT FOOT braided 100W USB-C power cable. Having this included is a touch that is greatly appreciated. I even used this cable to transfer data from a phone to a laptop, so it is not one of those "power only" cables. Note that you can only get 100W when using one port. Once you plug in two cables, you are limited to 65W on the main port (the one closest to the center of the unit), and around 20W on the other one. The intention is that 65W is still enough for a laptop, and the other port is plenty for charging a phone. Really, the only complaint that I can make about this is that the specifications printed on the unit are almost impossible to read. The case itself is almost pure white, and the writing is inked in a light gray color, making reading it nearly impossible with the naked eye.

Not being a computer wizz I was a little befuddled when I got home and discovered the charger needed a C to shining C cable. I did notknow. Fortunately I was able to get next day delivery on two new cables. And it is much more convenient than previous designs.

You can never have enough chargers… I’ve been needing a MacBook charger for my office since I’ve been getting tired of lugging my charger from home to the office and back every day. Inevitably, I forget it the one day I need it and get frustrated. I got this to keep in my office so I don’t have to take it back and forth anymore. It’s 100 watts, so it’s plenty of power to keep it plugged in, or that quick charge. My favorite part of this is the 8ft cable. I’m a huge believer in you can’t have a long enough cable, and I love this one! This cable is perfect for my office, it has plenty of length to stay plugged in, and snake around my desk to power my computer all day. The other feature that sold it for me and really made it a no brainer was the dual port. I have my iPhone charger plugged into that port, and it’s just the perfect work setup for me! I haven’t really noticed a slow down in charging when using both ports at the same time but I’m sure it’s negligible. I haven’t had any issues with it so far and I can’t recommend this enough!

this wall charger was great for fast charging my macbook pro and phone at the same time. it was kind of annoying how easily it would fall out of a wall outlet, but not a huge deal. however, after only having it for 7 months, it stopped working and is completely non-functional. for whatever reason, best buy can’t seem to find this transaction in my account so they can’t offer a refund or warranty information, even though every other purchase shows up. i know the exact location and time frame i bought it in under my phone number, so not sure why that’s the case for this one item. really unfortunate because of the fact this isn’t an inexpensive charger and should not have broken this fast, especially with how positive all the other reviews are, and how it’s proving to be very difficult getting a refund or replacement.

I love it!! Light and easy to carry anywhere you go. Excellent buy considering I got it on sale.
