Bad Charger

I plugged the device in and it quickly showed four lights (fully charged). I plugged my cell phone in to the charger. It went from 48% to 52% in nearly an hour. I turned off my cell phone and it charged from 52% to 72% in another hour, and it showed one light. I tried different USB cords and everything. The device simply is not an effective charging solution.

Worth the money

I have fully charged both of them and have used them to provide four individual full charges to my cell phone. With just one I was able to fully charge two phone at two different times. I then tried charging two phone at the same time and both phone did fully charge. The charge wasn't super fast but fast enough to meet our needs.
