I love this charging pad!!! I bought it to use on my nightstand so I don't have to worry about plugging and unplugging if I have to answer my phone in the middle of the night. I may have to buy one for my wife's nightstand now. Keeps my phone fully charged all night long.

I like this wireless charger for the simple fact that its black and it doesn't cause attention to its self. I sit it at my work desk under the monitor and I plant my iPhone X on there and that's pretty much it. Charge time seems average. Not a fast charge but also not slow either.

Works well charging compatible iphones, apple watches and of course the new apple ear buds. I cannot charge my iPads that are QI compliant. For this reason I gave it 4 stars. Be aware of my issues if you plan on charging a QI compliant iPad.

I don’t like the fact you can’t put anything on the back of your phone and still charge. But it’s still convenient to use if you don’t have a card holder or some kind of holder on it.

Good charger, but it will not perform the "handshake" required by Google when it comes to fast charging. Not their fault at all since it is a Google restriction. Still works to charge at a normal rate, so I use it overnight. The slower charge rate is a little easier on the battery anyway.

Purchased this to limit the number of times the USB cable is inserted to charge the phone. Had to turn off setting for "fast charge" because of the case chosen to protect the phone (phone gets too hot inside case). Have not used USB cable since. Would purchase this again.

Charger works great for my s10+. I understand what others were talking about when saying you have to place it exactly right on the charger. It just needs to be centered more than being off center, it's not a deal breaker, just needs to make sure it has contact with the battery.

It works half decent, but like most Insignia stuff, it's just a cheap version of what you really need. If you want a high-quality wireless charger, you might want to look elsewhere.

I was a little tricky finding the right orientation to get an iPhone 8 to charge on it. once charging it worked great. Maybe I just need a newer phone? not sure.

Good product. I really like that there is an indicator light to show that charging is occurring. Be aware that your phone may be on the charger but not charging because it has to be in a certain position. The light will advise you that the phone is in the correct position.

At first it did not want to charge in a hotel room but now it is my night stand it works fine. There is small blue light that comes on when charging. It could be annoying at night but is can simply be covered with a little black tape.

Exposes the phone to breakage as it only charges with direct contact and has to be strategically placed in order to charge

I bought this for my phone was tired of her iphone cable breaking. She loves it and hasn't had an issue with it in over a year. You don't have break the bank to get a good quality wireless charger.

I had seen wireless charging pads for a range of prices and was hesitant to buy just any one. I didn't want to spend the money on a Samsung charger, but when I saw this Insignia brand, I knew I could trust it . Thanks Best Buy for awesome house branded products.

Great price (i mean, 10 watts, and less than half the price of a Belkin?), and it does the job. Occasionally charging doesn't happen and I have to turn the phone on and off, but I've gathered from other folks that it's just the nature of the beast. Satisfied.

great charger for my iPhone X and my wife's iPhone 8 Plus. seems like a smaller charging target as we've missed charging our phones more than once when placed overnight. overall a good product however and would buy again.

I had to take this charger back....not because it wasn't a great product....which it is..unfortunately I have an older iphone and Android and it would not work with it. Make sure your cell phone or product is Qi rated.

This charger works good just like the brand name kind. Problem is it needs a better ring to keep the phone from sliding when using in the vehicle. My interior charge port is broken so this is ideal for my situation

For the price, the item is definitely worth it. Only thing, it overheats too quickly and the phone charge is not strong. But having this backup when my charge port was messed up - was perfect and much needed!!

This item was shown to me at a recent Best Buy visit. I want to love it because the concept is so good. Do I have a bad unit? I began charging my phone on it & walked away. Checked it later and it was really blazing hot! Is it supposed to do that? I took it off the charger and charged it on regular corded charger instead without a problem. And shortly thereafter, the Insignia wireless pad, although still plugged in, cooled off. I am rating this badly because of this problem only.
