I bought this to charge the new AirPods and couldn’t get it to work. It easily charged my cellphone though, so if you’re buying it to charge your phone, it works great!

Love this item, purchased one for home residence and purchased this one for vacation home as multiple smart phone users and no need to track down the cords for every phone. Travels well for vacation trips to hotels as well!! Very pleased with purchase.

Lasted a year and then quite charging. Was nice while it lasted but would have liked it to keep working while the phone is still in use.

I have always loved Insignia products. Unfortunately, this one has failed me. It works, don't get me wrong. But normally I will need to place my phone on the charger twice, or reposition it in order for Wireless charging to activate. Other then that, it will charge if I just place my phone on the pad but 9/10 times it just goes into " Normal" charging mode and that will take about 2hrs. The pad, also gets very, very hot. Not sure if that is with all charging pads. Nonetheless, I will invest the extra $10-15 dollars in hopes for a better quality wireless charging pad.

I think this product is great for overnight charges. It doesn't seem to give a fast charge though so I find myself reverting to the ole plug-in charge. But phones ready to go in the morning.

I bought this specifically to charge my phone overnight. I like the fact that it will shut off on it's own when my phone is fully charged. Doesnt charge as fast as I'd hope but does great for the price.

Works as intended but varies on whether it fast charges or normal charges when used. Heats up quickly but is a convenient accessory. A good 1 hour charge would get you from 15% to at least 75%.

I'm constantly losing chargers, and with a mixed household (Android and iPhones) I often myself unable to charge. This alleviates not only the proprietary charging cord issue, but being that this thing is less mobile, it's more likely to stay in place.

Purchased this mainly to use when I travel. It is small and easy to stash in my bag. Worked great for the 5 days I was out of town. Might not be super quick but it gets the job done and you can easily see the blue light when charging your phone.

This pad is rated 1 watt higher than my OEM pad. It works great. Charging light not as big and no lightning bolt insignia. Otherwise, the features are equivalent and much less expensive. Comp,ete with wall charger and cable.

I'm not completely wowed. It does it's job. I personally have a hard time keeping my phone on it because my phone is a high gloss finish, and the "grip" on the charging pad isn't all that great.

I use this on my Pixel 3, at work. It takes a long time to charge even though the phone supports fast wireless charging. But guess with 10W that's the max speed of charging. Good value for money.

Recently bought this device for a everyday use but found out that it overheats my phone. A must have but be mindful that it’s charging and not charge overnight

Not as fast as the other wireless chargers. I would have expected a power brick for this price. But gets the job done if you don't need faster charging times.

Works but if you have a thicker case on, or if you want to mount it under a table it likely won't work. I used a router to thin the top of a wood table I made and I thinned the wood a lot, less than an 1/4 inch and thinner than that in the middle and it won't work (I have a very thin silicone case and removed that to see if it would work as well). If you have the charger on top of your table/nightstand and don't have a thick case it should work fine.

Been using about a month. No issues yet, been working great! Especially nice for office work time, set down your phone and you're good to go, no having to worry about your phone's charging port, charger connection or anything. It's been great!

Not as fast charging as I expected it be. My physical cord charger sti has a much faster charge to it. I guess I'll use as a spare for guest area.

Love this inexpensive wireless charger. There is some heat generated that can be warm to the touch from charging but I have read that this is normal due to the use of magnets to charge.

Only works for certain phonesI put it in a family room for people to use when they come over but it does not work on all phones that’s my only downfall if it’s not a true smart phone like an Apple it doesn’t charge it

It’s ok it does the job, I was expecting it to be faster but I have a iPhone 11 Pro Max so it takes a while to charge it complete but quality and everything else is good I recommend it
