Not what I thought. Slowly charges after removing phone case. Must keep charger plugged in. It's the phone that's wireless charging and not the charger. Would purchase a regular charger instead

This charger works as described on our S7 edge and S10. The only problem I see with this charger is it heats up the phone during the charge. Not sure if this is harming the phone or not.

Decent but pretty weak charger for iphone. I bought because my iphone port stopped charging well so this was an easy fix

I don’t really recommend this if you don’t have a case that contains the ability to do wireless charging! In addition there are times where It did not charge my phone at all.

The charging speed on my iPhone 8 Plus is slower than I expected, but nevertheless it works fine if I am not in a hurry to top off the battery before heading out.

Works on my wife android which has a not too thick protective case but on my iphone, i have to remove the cover to be able to charge. Not what i expected.

This charger has worked well for my s10 galaxy. The only problem I have come across is the charger struggles to charge the phone through an otter box defender case.

It works when i take off my case. I have a magnetic strip on the back of my case so it doesn’t work while on. But when it’s on it does it’s job

It’s a good wireless charger BUT it’s not compatible to older Samsung phones. I wish they would specify exactly what models work with the charging pad.

I wish I had bought the regular phone charger. This one takes a lot more time to charge and the phone has to be out of any case to charge.

Works okay. If my phone is low on charge, It will say its fast charging, but in fact the battery is slowly draining, might be a problem with my phone

Seems to work inconsistently from day to day. Testing with/without case, different phone positions, different outlet doesn't seem to matter.

Very easy to set up Looks good. For being a 10-watt charger it is slower than my old 5 watts. Other than the slow charge it a good unit.

It’s a hit or miss with this charger. Sometimes it works and sometimes I have to turn my phone off and on to make it charge.

Charger works OK, but only charges at the 5W mode on my iPhone XR. It will not charge at the 7.5 W or 10 W rate. Overall happy with the product.

This was the 3rd phone charger I had purchased from Best Buy, all 3 were the Best Buy "store brand model". I loved the first 2 I purchased which were the same model, but the 3rd one I purchased seems a little cheap. It doesn't charge as fast and has a smaller base. That said, the sales person I spoke with before purchasing the 3rd one, indicated it was the same model, size and cost. But I can tell this model wasn't up to the standards of the previous ones. I was disappointed.

This states that It works on Androids, but It does not work on all Androids and did not work for my phone so I returned item.

Worked great the first week or 2 then would not charge phone but for a couple of mins at a time. Will be exchanging for another one to see if it will work

The previous version of this charger functioned better for me than this one. It is a decent wireless charger, but nothing to write home about.

The charger while not perfect does the job, admittedly not great, but if you just need it to charge on a budget this is for you.
