    Very slow charge. Also have to put your phone exactly in the right spot to get it to charge. Once charging, movement a half inch in any direction will disable the charge.

    Love how you can charge IPhone and Android phones on this charging dock. Only problem, it's extremely slow when charging the phone. If you can get one with fast charging. Other than that prepare to wait 2 to 3 hours for charging.

    Works with my iPhone XS but gets too hot for comfort so it’s rarely used. Also, just got a pair of AirPod pros and it WILL NOT charge them. Too bad so sad. If I’d known all this before I bought, would’ve never bought.

    The charger says fast charging and that is not the case with this particular charger. It takes 2hours for full battery. Kinda disappointed with this charger, was looking for a wireless device that can charge my phone pretty quickly.

    I have an iPhone X... it slips off of the charging pad and now it has completely stopped charging. I’ve only had it for 6 days! I’ll be exchanging it for another. But if the next one does the same, I’m going back to my regular cable.

    The product was good and had always worked properly for me until one day it just stopped... right after the warranty company ended “1 month” the product would flash purple then wouldn’t turn on when plugging it in

    I used this once to charge my new iPhone which is also my alarm clock, my battery was dead the next morning when i woke up late for work. I’ll just plug it in going forward. Returned it.

    If you want fast charge of your phones, this is not the product for you! It takes forever for my phone to fully charge. If you want to charge your phone overnight and in no hurry, then buy this product.

    it states it’s a wireless charger capable of fast wireless charging with iPhone and Android, but it does not work with my iPhone X. it only regular wirelessly charges. this is indicated by the color of LED on the front of it.

    From what I was told this would be a good option to charge my device without having to plug and unplug all the time since I work and move a lot. I need that freedom. Does it charge... Yes... The problem is that it takes WAY TOO LONG! I do understand its only 10watts but even with that I lose battery life while its even on the charger.

    I got this in hopes of not having to plug in my charger. It was a great idea, but it is almost impossible for me to ever get it to turn on and stay on. I put the phone on, it shows it is charging then it isn’t

    This wireless charger is not reliable. When a device is charging on it if you check a message the charging light changes to a different color and won't charge the device until you unplug it and plug it back in.

    My iPhone does not charge properly and when is charging it disconnected and reconnect continually. This can cause your phone to a bad battery if continue using.

    Definitely let me down. Takes too long to charge I was at 22% battery and put on this wireless charger and to get to at least 80% it took about 4hrs. Complete waste of money if you own a iPhone!

    When I asked about the compatibility of this device with my Google phone, I was told it should work fine. When I brought it home, not only did it not charge, but the battery got lower as it was on the pad.

    The cable and the wall adapter are compatible with fast charging but the pad itself is not. It does appear on the screen as if it is fast charge compatible but it takes forever to actually charge your device.

    I placed my phone on it and it’s hit or miss whether it decides it wants to charge or not I’ve tried changing spots over and over again and it’s still unreliable. I’ve stopped using it.
