You also can’t have a case on an iPhone or you have to put it face down for it to work. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase again.

It gets the job done but gets really hot. I will eventually get another samsung.

Poor

Stopped working about 3 weeks after I bought it.

Then it started to randomly not charge my phone. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn’t. Then by about week 3 it stopped working all together. I chose this product by recommendation of a store employee. He brought it to me while I was looking at other options and said not only was it cheaper And on sale but that it was the best. If this is the best, I’d hate to see what the worst is like.

Wasn’t charging too well

Wireless pad

I bought an open box item so it may have been refurbished. Either way. I got my money back and didn’t want to exchange it.

Slow

I now just have it on my bed side table and usually it's 100% when I wake up. You also have to carefully place it on the right spot to charge.

It is a best buy product so it has a 1 yr warranty so it was easily exchanged. Hope the new one lasts a little longer.

Just Quit Working

Checked all the connections but no luck. It simply no longer charges my phone at all. The little charging ring seems to be losing its adhesive so perhaps that’s the reason. Either way, Best Buy’s return policy is 15 days so out of luck and disappointed. Meanwhile, The Belkin I bought my son still works 3 years later.

Would not touch another one

DOES NOT CHARGE AIRPODS

They are not compatible. I was under the impression they would work together after reading a similar review where an Insignia representative reached out to say this wasn't expected behavior. However, don't be deceived. I even contacted their customer service for assistance (thinking it was just my charger that was defective), but all they told me to do was to return it. Very disappointed.
