    It's basically says it all with the price it charges very slow but its great to leave it overnight while u sleep. Its a fairly good product.

    I bought this with my new S10 but returned it because it didn't seem to charge as fast as advertised. I got the Samsung brand and I'm much more satisfied.

    Purchased to use with Pixel 4. Worked great even with OtterBox in phone. Now it's a wireless drainer. 4 days now, wake up to a completely dead phone. Was careful to make sure it was positioned just right(not required when first purchased). Made sure it wouldn't be knocked around by pets. Took the OtterBox off. Phone had 30% battery when placed on it, wake up to a paperweight. Oh, and it's no longer returnable. Thanks COVID.

    Doesnt charge really fast. I was expecting as quick as a non-fast wireless charger but it isn't. Just faster than old wireless charger

    It was great in the begging of using it, then about 3 weeks later it decided to start not working and restart every 5 minutes

    Works great when you take your phone case off. If you have a magnet on the back of your phone for your car holder it will not work with that.

    Bought a new I phone 11, purchased this charging pad and it 2x caused my brand new phone to say it had to shutdown due to over heating (Inside of an air conditioned home). Thank goodness I was there because the phone was so hot I couldn’t touch it. Figured it was the case causing it, the next charge removed the case and it did it again. If I didn’t throw out the box this thing would be going back to the store.

    Charging is very slow, my apple earpods were not charged overnight. Phone charging is too slow for this to be of any real use.

    Good charger but in the world of fast this didn't cut it. If you're looking for fast charge go with something higher than 10W.

    This charging pad works incredibly slowly. It seems like it takes ten minutes for every 1% of charge it provides.

    You phone has to be in a perfect position to ensure that it will charge. Easily get knocked out of position.

    I needed a wireless charger for convenience purposes. When I place my iPhone X on without a case, my phone slips off. Even on a flat surface. Even with a case, it slipped off and would not charge. I had to keep adjusting just so it could charge. There were times were I laid it down and did not mess with it, to come back to it and it still was not charging. Not worth the money! Poorly made.
