    As of the 13th this can no longer be returned. It was working last night then this morning I had 100% as expected. But now the pad will not charge anything. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and it give a purple light as expected but does not charge my phone. Very disappointed of this low quality standards.

    Will not work with Samsung Galaxy Watch

    I went into the store looking for a charger for a Galaxy watch to use at work. The sales person said that no need to buy the expensive samsung version our house brand will work just fine for have the price. Needless to say this charger did not work with my Galaxy watch going to have to return it :-(

    Doesn’t work like I hoped and it’s totally pointless, if you’re plugged in you can still use you phone, if you use the wireless charger you have to remove the case and you can’t use your phone while it’s charging. I’ve wanted one of these since the iPhone 8 came out but now I’m like what a waste.

    Charger doesn't charge

    Very frustrated with this item. Bought two of them. One for me and one for my brother. His works fine but mine chargers my phone backwards. My phone will be at 70% and 30 minutes later, it will be at 65% just sitting there. Pretty sure it's supposed to go the other way but I don't know. :/

    Open Box product arrived with no charging block

    I ordered two wireless charging pads that were open box, "excellent" condition. They didn't have scratches, were a little dirty on the bottom, but most importantly both of them were missing the charging blocks! Poor quality control on the part of evaluating open box products.

    Phone keeps sliding off of it

    I put the phone on the charger and if I get a call or text, it slides off the charger. So I could be sleeping or walk out of the room and get a text and when I wake up or come back in the room thinking the phone is charger nope ... it’s laying on the table or floor.

    I could not use this charger without it overheating my phone. I awakened on many a morning to find out my phone was barley charged. Unfortunately I would not recommend this product. You really do need a fan inside to stop the battery from over heating.
