      Hi.

      Thank you for taking the time to share this review with us. This Pad is specifically for Qi Enabled phones. This is the reason it will not work with other type of devices.

    I bought (2), of this item, and neither one work I'm returning these item back to Bestbuy, I was in shock because these item had a good rating. I wish i could give it a half a star. stay away.

    The charger did not work with our iPhone 8 even though the description stated that it would. We even took off the case and it still did not work. It did, however, work on our friend’s Android phone. Disappointed and had to return.

    I purchased in January. It was charging my galaxy S8+ with the case on it until it stopped doing it one week ago. Then I had to remove the phone's case to charge it. Now it broke completely. It almost fry me phone, it was extremely hot.

    I bought 3 and 2 of them are not dependable. When I put my iPhone 10 on it, I have to be very particular in the position for the led to go green. then it will blink red and I have to reposition the phone. it will then most likely blink red again .

    Charges slowly

    When I place my phone on this it states on the phone “charge slowly”. When I plug the phone in with the cord it states “ charge rapidly”. Slowly does not work for me

    Doesn't continuously charge over time. I had to keep unplugging it to get it to work correctly. I would put my phone on the charger at night and sometimes it would stop charging in the middle of the night when the phone wasn't even touched.

    Not a fan at all. Not entirely sure what I expected, but the snail’s pace that this thing charges at was a disappointment. Perhaps, they are all slow...and I had unreasonable expectations...but decided it wasn’t for me and tossed it in the trash.

    Horrible quality. I don’t recommend buying . Technology is living past these. Thought it would be nice for my Mac 7 cell user since the charger continuasly faulters. Ive left it on charge all night- still not charging.

    This charger is poorly made! You have to hold it in certain position for it to actually charge, and it takes long to charge and it heats up your phone; inconvenient & disappointed that i'm not able to return it due to this virus!

    Don’t keep a connection

    I land my device on the pad. It starts charging. Come check on it minutes later. No longer charging. With out the device or pod being touched or moved. This product doesn’t work.

    Technically this is working. But the charge is so slow that it is useless if the phone is powered on. The pad itself is fine but the plug unit is faulty. More thorough testing on this return should have been done.

    It worked at first, but very slowly. After a few times using it, it quit working altogether. Don’t know why but I couldn’t return it. Won’t shop at Best Buy any more.

    Tried to charge my iPhone with the case on and wouldn’t work. Tried with the case off and would still disconnect and reconnect. I tried exchanging it for a different one and had the same issue

    The wireless base will disappoint you if you looking for a fast charge. Okay to use overnight, but I've not bothered. The base cuts the charge speed down 50%

    This was suggested to purchase with wireless AirPods but does not work. Be aware. Best Buy I suggest you take this off as a recommendation when buying air pods, maybe suggest something that works.

    This charger is very finicky and is a super slow charge for my s9+ it will only charge for maybe 3 or 4 minutes than you have to take it off and readjust it
