    This charger worked good for my iPhone 11 for a couple of days then it died. After testing it seems to be the connecter that plugs into the wall. I’m going to take it back and exchange it.

    This will not work at all if your phone is in a case and even after if was taken out of its case it only charged my phone 5% in an hour

    Doesnt work for my LG stylo or my latest LG Stylo and it doesnt work for neither of my girlfriend's phones and she doesnt have Stylo. All of our phones are QI compaible.

    I purchased two of these one for myself and my daughter for Valentine’s Day didn’t last long at all. It was right over two weeks and both just stopped working. What a waste!

    Gave as a birthday gift. Doesn't work on an iPhone X or Galaxy 10. Probably just a defective unit, but already out of the 15 day return window so I'm stuck with it.

    Does not charge airpods as promised. It is very difficult to use as the device has to be in the "sweet spot" for it to actually work.

    Received new and never worked. Tried different outlets, but would not power on. Exchanged it for the Insignia 5W Qi wireless charging pad which works fine.

    Bought it last week of Jan. Never even disconnected the wires- it crapped the bed first week of Sept. 2020. This year has been a real winner all around!!

    Charging time took a whole extra hour the second day. Not happy. Was excited about the reviews and walked pretty far to my local Best Buy to get it. Will return tomorrow.

    Working great then just quit I had a couple other charging issues n/no charge. The metal ring keeps popping off at times Repair issues and I would recommend

    Doesnt work on older phones...the box doesnt tell you what phones it works on...it says universal...the paper inside tells you but by then you've already bought it

    10W worked great for 2 days then stopped charging at all. The desktop piece does work with a 5W plug I substituted from another USB charger, but MUCH slower.

    Item online didn't indicate what cell phone it's compatible with therefore, I can't use it. Yes, I would recommend it, but only if they went into the store to see a sales person.

    Slow slow charge. Phone has to be just right on the charger. Please check your phone to confirm the phone is charging.

    Worked fine out of the box on my new iPhone 11 for the first week. Then it no longer would charge my phone. It does work on my wife’s iPhone 8.

    Don’t buy it. It never worked then Best Buy wanted to charge me as much shipping for the return as I paid for the charger. Shame on Best Buy.
