    The LED color statuses or a bit funky. I would prefer to have a red error and blue slow/ purple fast charging and a green fully charged status. When the phone or device is fully charged the light just goes off. On most other chargers this means there's no power connected to the charger. But I suppose the important thing is that I can confirm that it does fast charge (purple LED status) a Samsung S10e.

    A nicely designed product and easy to operate (not there's a whole lot to figure out to begin with). However, I am wondering if I possibly received a defective product. I have a Samsung S8 and placed my phone on the charger for a little over an hour. The LED light started blue and shifted to purple indicating fast charge. My phone went from 45% to 54%. I was certainly expecting a greater charge than this. Is this normal for this or any charging pad?

    OK with iPhone 11, not great with airpods

    This pad charges the iphone 11 OK. Takes longer than I would have expected. After reading the Q&A (and unfortunately after already buying this pad), I found that you CAN charge airpods on these, but you do have to be very specific about where you place them. I can't say it's 100% but if you put the metal on the back of the airpods on the shiny circle of the pad, it does turn the LED on and charge the airpods. If I had known that it would be this much trouble (i.e. if I had read the reviews), I would NOT have bought these and expected it to work with the airpods. I'm taking mine back and will find something that works better with both airpods and iPhone 11.

    2nd Insignia charger that stopped working!

    I've had my iPhone now since the fall of 2018. In 2019, I decided t go wireless and and bought an Insignia model. Not long after, it just stopped working. Brought it back to Best Buy in the warranty period and got another one. Now after a number of months, this one just went kaput, also. Very disappointed in Insignia quality. Looks like I'm stuck spending more money on a competitor's model but I'm hoping I have better luck. I'm wary of buying any more Insignia products.

    Didn't work out of the box, not worth $2

    I bought this for my Razer Phone 2 since the USB-C charger wasn't easiest to use. Took it out of the box, and it wouldn't even recognize the phone. Light just flashed red, then stopped flashing altogether. Wish there was a 0 star rating. Piece of junk didn't even last 5 mins before I knew it was a waste of money. Warning: Don't waste your time and money trying to use this junk. Spend a bit more, and get one that actually works. Will be returning this thing ASAP.

If it is, but it is still not working, try removing the case (if your phone has one) so it can charge. If this does not solve the issue, keep in mind that Best Buy provides you 15 days to exchange/return this device.     Faulty Product

    Maybe it's just the one I bought, but I would have to try different angles in order for it to start charging. Also, after about a month of barely any use, it would stop charging mid-charge cycle. Now about 2+ months later, it does not even work anymore. I have not had a good experience with this product at all, I would've gotten more value using it as a coaster.

    Quit working after 6 months

    I received this as a Christmas gift and originally liked the charger for my iphone but it now does not work after 6 months . The blue light won't stay on so it does not keep power . Would most definitely look for another brand and a company that will replace a lemon .

    It worked great for about a month. Then I started getting a red light whenever I tried to use it. I recommend that you get another brand of wireless charger because this one scammed me.

    Worked great...for a month

    Bought this charger less than one month ago. Now, it won’t charge! The blue light displays and phone says it’s charging but 8hrs later and the phone hasn’t charged at all.
