I purchased this gift for my son-in-law for Christmas. I can’t really test it because I have a different brand that was offered when I purchased my new iPhone Over a year ago and I like it. This particular one got good reviews and a good price so I purchased it for him.

Now tha I am more at home and I use my cell phone more,I can charge it more easily. It is comfortable, it doesn't take up much space and it charges my cell phone quickly. It is very useful because I put It in the living room and there my son, who has an Iphone, and I who have a Samsung , can charge us when I need it.

Does what it's supposed to do but fast wireless charging still takes 1.5 hours for a 25% battery on my S10. It does work through a a pretty thick (Otter***) case. Battery does tend to heat up considerably as well.

After buying FOUR new chargers for my phone...I took it to a repair shop to identify the problem....I had a broken pin in the port so I was told I could charge it wirelessly. That's why I went to Best Buy...I Love this charger...it saved me!! I wanted to throw my phone up against a wall I was so frustrated...lol!

Overall, it’s a great charging device for phones that have the wireless charging capability. The 10W power is a plus, compared to the 5W versions that are abundantly available. This 10W wireless charger by Insignia is a much better value compared to other more expensive brands that basically have the same function.

I didn't know what to expect from a wireless charger, and frankly I didn't expect much. But it charges my phone quickly (I guess that's the 10W vs. the 5 of the standard iPhone charger) and hasn't given me any problems. It's only been a couple weeks, so I hope it's durable, but certainly nothing to complain about.

Works as designed, all though I am the only one who takes advantage of simple use of just setting my phone down. the rest of the family need to use wires, that can't put their phones down long enough to charge on this device. So if you are like me and don't live on your phone it is great.

The good -- works as a charger for many devices. So far it has been able to charge my S10+ and a pair of wireless earphones. The bad -- very finicky about cord length and what it is plugged into. When I plugged in a larger cord due to the outlet being farther away, it was not able to work effectively, so it basically is limited to being used with the length cord it came with, a limitation I am not seeing with the Samsung fast wireless charger that is at a lower power rating. Additionally, this should not be plugged into a charging plug other than the one that it came with, as others started to overheat. Overall, this is ok, but I don't like having to keep this on a short leash. I'm going to compare later to other wireless chargers to see if issues are similar.
