This charger has the basics of what you need to charge your newer phone. Mine's a Galaxy 8+. I just lay it on the charger and the phone lights up that it's charging. My only complaint is that a 100% charge seemed to be weaker than the corded charge. Not sure why.

I got one several years ago and now have XR phone so i got this charger and is a bit smaller but it works Great . It charges thru a otter box defender and i like the size more room on the decks.Best Buy had a great price so my larger one is a spare.

I was having issues with my Samsung phone saying that it had moisture inside which it didn't so it would not charge with connector, had to go to BestBuy and bought the wireless charger and it worked right away. It was a life saver.

I leave the charger on my night stand. Since it’s older, it’s not as flat as it once was. Make sure the device is on a completely flat surface. If it’s not, the phone will slide off and not charge. Other than that. Excellent item!

I use this as a alternative portable charger for both my watch and phone. I can put it in my travel bag and forget that its their. I have also used it in my care since both devices have proprietary chargers. Its simple.

Very convenient charger. I've had it for about 9 months and it doesn't seem quite as fast as when I first purchased it. It is much more convenient than having to plug it in every time I need a charge.

I'm pleased with my new cell phone charger. It allows wireless charging for my Samsung Galaxy 9+ where I don't have to carry my plug-in charger around the house, room to room. Speed in charging is also satisfactory. Good purchase!

I got this product to charge my Iphone 11. It charged well a couple of times and then it stopped working. So I went back to Best Buy, returned the charger and got another same model. It is charging the phone with no problem so far.

Ive had this about 4 months now and works well. I do wish there wasn't the bright blue light during charging- its pretty bright in a totally dark room when you're trying to sleep. I ended up putting a felt sticker over it and it did the trick. works as expected.

I honestly don’t need this item, when I bought a new phone thought this would be an easy way to charge it & it is & works great! With that said I have the charger that came with my phone & find I use that @ night & my new phone stays charged all day, so I’m not really using it to much now.

I have 4! 2 in living room an 2 in bedroom. For my husband an I. So easy to just lay your phone in to charge. With the normal cord ones, they were always being replaced since the wires would get bent, break an exposed. I feel these are safer to use. I would recommend them to everyone.

I bought this for my iPhone 11 pro. It also works with android phones. It stopped working with my iPhone for a while, but the problem was with my phone and not the charger. All I did to fix the problem was to turn off the phone and turn it back on. It has been working fine since then.

I recommend this product wholeheartedly. It works great if you charge your phone at work or at bedtime. There is an automatic shut off when it is fully charged. It will not overcharge like a plug-in charger. I have only been using it for just over a month but it has worked perfectly. Great bye!

I wasn't sure if this would actually work but so far it is great! I have an iPhone 8S and this charges it up quickly. It's also thin and seems pretty well made. I haven't had it for too long so I can't review how long it holds up but I am very happy with this purchase, especially for the sale price.

My husband had the original Samsung wireless charger when wireless charging was released with the note 5. We swapped him to Apple and the charger does not work with Apple it’s a Sam son specific frequency. But this insignia charger works like a charm for the iPhone 11 and XS max

Wanted to try some wireless chargers without paying a lot for some of the name brand. Insignia being Best Buy's store brand I find they are usually good values and purchase them often when value is key. After using this one I don't know why I would pay more for another brand.

I got this for my wife to charge her iPhone without knowing that she had just bought an extra thick Otter box style case. I was worried, knowing that wireless charging and thick case don't work well together, but to my surprise her phone charged quickly and constantly through the thick case.

This is my first wireless charger and it hasn’t broken yet so that’s cool. My iPhone gets kind of warm while it’s charging which is strange but so far so good. Thinking about getting one for the office if it lasts another month.

Not looking to deal with that pesky wire? Buy this! Very convenient and easy to use. Only gave 4 stars due to the fact your phone won't charge as fast as it does when using the wired charger (this is mentioned in the owners manual)

I recently picked up two of these wireless chargers because my iPhone XS has damage that has ruined the use of a plug in charger. These charging pads have solve the problem. The only thing I would change would be to make them magnetic, so the phone won't slide off.
