A good charging device for the money

The problem is that you need to make sure your phone gives an audible sound letting you know that it has 'connected' and is charging. You can also look for the little blue light to come on...then you know it is charging. it doesn't charge as fast as the 12W or 18W charger but for the price that is ok.
