Good overall charging pad for IPhone

I bought this to use for my iPhone XS Max and AirPods. It works well with my iPhone but AirPods will not charge on it. The pad won’t recognize the AirPods and shows a red light as if something foreign is on the pad. Odd because I have another pad made by another company that will charge my AirPods.

Only issue is if you have a cover and /or a pop up on the back of your phone you have to be sure that the charge is going. Also is easy for it to slide off or in a different direction and then it doesn't charge. Phone moves off charger easily.
