These little chargers work really well. Especially for the money. Got mine on sale for $24 each. I bought three. I just leave them in each room. People complaining about the light at night. It’s very dim. See my pic below. You can barely see it. Definitely a good buy...

Qi enabled charge pad talks well with Mophie cases

We got this charge pad to use with a Mophie iPhone 7 wireless charging case/battery pack and the two work like they were made for each other. The pad starts flashing red when it is syncing with the case, the case lights start flashing when they are receiving charge, the pad turns blue when the charging is in progress and the iPhone emits the charging tone. Then the lights all go off from the pad and the case as to not be annoying all night. Once charging is complete the pad is lit a solid blue so we know we're good to go. The Insignia pad is priced much more fairly than most of the major brand chargers but works just as well given the Qi standard. It looks decent and connects with a standard Mini-USB connector (which comes in the box), so it's actually quite easy to take the pad with you on travel as well and set up in hotels or friend's houses as needed to keep the devices charged without resorting to the wire (which you'll soon be tired of). Great device at great price. Highly recommended.

The charger works well. It can be picky at times as far as placing it right in the center, but that really depends on how thick your case is. There was no problem without my case, but with my case I sometimes need to move it to center it better after I initially put my phone down. This is actually an issue with all chargers so I won't take a star off for this. What I really like about it is that the blue light that turns on to let you know the phone is connected and charging will automatically turn off once the phone is fully charged. This is great for two reasons. 1 - I can tell if my phone is done charging from across the room. 2 - I use this in my bedroom next to my bed to charge overnight. The light from this and 2 other brand of charges is actually really bright when you're trying to sleep. Its great that it turns off so that it doesn't bother you all night long.

Bought this item as an alternative to the more expensive units that are available. It is being used to charge an iPhone X. So far the unit is performing adequately for what is required. The sales person did warn that the item charges slower than one would expect. So far this has not proven to be a problem since the unit is located on a desk and is used whenever the desk is being used for work. The charging time seems pretty reasonable. Personally have always found that phone battery lasts longer throughout the day if the iPhone is charged at a slower pace anyway. The unit emits a blue light ring whenever the phone is placed on top of it. While it is a low light, it was found to be bothersome when placed on a nightstand next to a bed for overnights charging. In that instance a unit that emits no light would be better. The phone itself sits pretty loosely on the unit. It seems to be easy to knock it off if it is bumped. However, one soon finds a way to place the unit so as to overcome that problem. Overall very happy with the purchase for the price paid.

This is my first wireless charger. I have an older Android that doesn't like the plug in charger - saw this at a great price and had a coupon - ended up costing $8.00 Very convenient, keep on end table in family room, will charge with case on but not pop socket on back. Sometimes have to move around a bit till it registers phone is there. Will never go back to a plug in charger - love this purchase!

I've found that the wireless charging dock is very nice and convenient. I have found that even though it's supposed to be a fast charging stand that it takes longer than using the c cable that comes with the phone. Also it sometimes takes a few times to reposition the phone on it to find that "sweet spot" for it to start charging. It is nice that it let's you know when it's in the right spot by having a ring around the edge of the unit light up blue to confirm that it's charging. I do find that it's a bit bright at night if you charge your phone on your nightstand by your bed or anywhere else in a bedroom as it lights up the room quite a bit. Overall a nice unit for the money.

After getting the iPhone 8 I started looking for a wireless charging pad. This had good reviews and so I took a chance. Love it! I've since purchased another charging pad from a different manufacturer that cost more but I actually prefer this one. The blue light can be an annoyance if this sits on your night stand, but other than that it's about perfect. Fun fact - don't buy the one that says it's for iPhone, get the one that's just like it that just says, "Fast Charge" on it. It's exactly the same in every way except it's $5 less!

This charger just flat out works on both my iPhone X and my girlfriend’s iPhone 8. It can be a little finicky on the placement of the phone but that makes sense as there’s got to be alignment between the charger and the phone to pass the power to the phones. Haven’t tried it with a Qi enabled Android device yet, but I have to assume it would work as well. My only real gripe is the LED ring that illuminates when a device is charging. I would prefer it were a color other than blue (orange or red would be nice) since I use this almost exclusively at night when I’m trying to sleep.

This is the third wireless charger we buy and this is the only that actually worked as it should. Our cell phones overheated with the 2 other charges we purchased. This charger is great. Charges fast.

Does what it needs to do since my phone is usually just laying there when charging. Makes the phone get a little warm, but any inductive charger will do that. Noticed folks complain about the blue light and not being able to turn it off. Mine is placed in a manner where it does not bother me when the lights are off, however, the light is there so you know there is contact being made and your device is being charged. Minor issue of having to always ensure proper alignment. Hopefully that’s where Apple’s mythical AirPower will come into play and resolve this.

Let me start off by saying it works like a charm. It is a fast charger and I’ve never had any issues with it’s functionality. My one and only complaint is how bright it is. I have it placed on my nightstand next to my bed and the blue ring of light that comes on when your phone makes contact is annoying to sleep with. I’ve covered mine with a thin cloth and my phone will still charge on top of that.

This wireless charging pad, based on the Qi standard, is great. Works well with our Samsung Galaxy S8's. No problem making connection through the Otterbox Defender case on my phone, and through the Spigen Slim Armor case on my wife's phone -- although it is slightly finicky about placement (but no complaints here). My wife was going through Samsung charging cables every 2-3 months, so it's GREAT to not have to plug anything in to recharge the phone. I plan to buy another Insignia pad for my office!

This charging pad works as intended and I like that it offers fast charge for my Galaxy. Unfortunately, the light at night is bright and I no longer use it as I prefer my cable. I ended up giving this away as a gift and they seem to like it. If I could turn off the light function, it would've been 5 stars, especially for the price.

It works pretty well. I use this on my iPhone X and I’m happy with it. Just be careful of placement. I’ve only had one instance where I placed my phone on the pad, but the phone didn’t charge due to misplacment on my end. The blue light isn’t too bad, but I planned out where the charger would be on my nightstand so it doesn’t bother me when I sleep. I do see why folks would want this off, but I think it’s pretty useful to know when it is charging.

I have a Samsung S9 and bought a Samsung wireless charger. Oddly I had to take the protective case off of the phone each time to charge it, so where was the convenience of a wireless charger if I had to go through all that? I tried the Best Buy (Insignia) 10W wireless charger and do not have to remove the case to charge it. The charger shuts off when the phone is charged, and fast charges just as advertised, excellent product.

I have bought 3 of these over the past 2 years. All still work great, works with iPhone 8 and newer. The device lights up with blue ring around it for normal charge and purple ring for fast charge. The blue light is a bit bright at night when you have it next to your bed.

I like the LED indicator when charging the phone. It is compatible for most phones. Cons: Sometimes it doesn't charge with casing on. Maybe I have a thicker phone casing. It is fast charging *10W* which I like.

Needed one for my iPhone so was looking for a cheap one, that's when I found this one, it's sturdy and charges phone well and fast as well, doesn't heat my phone like other chargers. Very much satisfied with this product especially at this price range.
