After the first use, I felt my phone got pretty heated up so returned it right away

I don't usually write bad reviews but this thing is horrible. It was part of the deal when I got my new phone (galaxy) I didn't even open for the first 3 days because I forgot about it (it's not something I've looked into or even wanted) so when I remembered it I took it out and read the directions and set everything up. It took me an hour of trying to position my phone just right to get it to start charging. After 4 hours I picked my phone up and dropped it because it was so hot. I let it cool off and checked it out. It didn't appear to have any damage, however, it had only charged my phone 2%. I want going to risk burning up a brand new phone that I have to pay for just to give it a 2nd chance. Wish I could return it, but as part of the deal I can't.

Wireless charging pad does what is supposed to do, but very slowly. Better off charging out with the charger that comes sign the phone if you need a quick charge.

OK the charger is not that good after a while it doesn’t charge that good it’s kind of stop charging

This charger only charges my phone to 76 and one time 88 percent. Doesn't charge 100 percent. I like the concept of a wireless charger but this one falls short.

I bought this product due to a recommendation from my brother. I used his product and it worked perfectly although his version didnt have "fast charging" written on it, otherwise exactly the same product. Any who I received my product while I was out of town. I got home and tried to use my wireless charger. I put my phone on it and the light lid up blue. So I went to bed. I woke up and the light was off. My phone (a galaxy note 8) was at 10%. I thought maybe I didn't put it onto the charger correctly. I centered it perfectly and the light turned blue, then a dark purple (Keep note that my brothers turns a hot violet when it is fast charging). Suddenly the light on the wireless charger turned red. Which according to the manual meant that it was no longer charging but it knows that the phone is there. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I worked for the following week, now its back to being inconsistent and not working properly. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT, I could have gotten a faulty product due to knowing that my brothers charger works fine. I am past the return period of 15 days. So be careful not to let those 15 days pass if your product isn't working as advertised if you do decide to purchase.

The darn thing keeps over heating and turns red and shuts down. It never gets my phone to a full charge. It also makes my phone very hot, which concerns me.

It looks good work well but it is not fast charging. I use on Samsung 10 and it takes 2.5 hours for charg. Everything else is ok

I'm sure this is a fine product but I ended up with a phone case that doesn't allow for wireless charging.

We bought 2 of these for our bedroom to charge our phones overnight. One stopped working after 18 months.

There must be people who think this charger is great, but I am definitely not. It is not as fast charging as a traditional cable charger and only fast in heating my phone up. Worst of all, this product cannot charge my phone through my new phone case. I didn't think the case was too thick for this charger and I would have not bought it if I had known it.

It charges the phone even with a case on, but not as fast as a regular wall charger. I like the light around the edge too.

The charger works but I hate the blue light that shines when charging. It is too bright and lights up my room at night.

Work well the first year and now seems harder to get phones to charge on it but still works.

The Apple charging was given to me and it worked with my Samsung S9 just fine. I had the store correct the order.

My son seems to enjoy it. However it only lasted a few months before no longer working.

Does not charge phone if you connect to your computer USB port. Has to be plugged in to the wall outlet

It works but not in a hurry. Looks nice on the end table and the glow when charging is not obnoxious.

t's wireless and it charges so it does what it's supposed to do but I thought it would charge faster than it does.
