I like the auto shut off feature once your phone is charged. That's a WIN WIN!

I like the phone charger but I am disappointed that it doesn't charge fast.

The charger works good just takes a lot longer to charge then the cord

It is perfect for a phone unless you have a pop socket, will not charge.

Great charger, but my iPhone 8+ kept falling off so I had to go Samsung.

I was excited about getting this charger at first. I put my phone on it and it took 4 hours to charge. I then realized that I had to remove my phone cover for it to work a little better. That isn't convenient for me. So I am just using the normal charger now that only takes 1 hour to fully charge.

The phone keep moving from the device I don’t know why

Had to return it. I purchased it for my bedroom to charge my phone at night. The blue light that comes on during charging is so bright it lit up an entire room. It worked well too bad the blue light can’t be shut off.

Not charging cell phone completely. Could be cell issues too.

Would not buy again. Slow charging. Would not recommend.

I bought one in January and on April I went to the store to exchange for a new one. Reason was I didn't get a full charge in my cell phone. I exchanged and I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm going to return again and get a credit. Really doesn't work. Bad experience.

Convenient but charges much slower than a plug in.

Would not charge through my mophie battery case:-(

This charging pad is good on the price but it didn't fully charge my phone, I tested for a few days, and it didn't still give me a full charge. It's also a hassle to have to remove my phone from the case to charge it, maybe it will work better for other people.

I bought this to use with my Moto Z 2 and the Moto Style wireless charging mod. I am not sure where the issue is, but it has been hit or miss when charging the phone. Could be the mod, or could be this charger doesn't work well with the wireless mod.

OK, it's a tad cheaper than the similar Samsung charge pad, but buggy and unreliable. I bought 2 of these for use with Samsung phones. Both chargers randomly malfunction - half the time they work as expected, but half the time they give off the red flashing LED of doom, despite the fact that the phone display indicates that it's charging fine. As soon as non-Insignia replacements arrive, I'm ditching these.

It doesn't work well at all. I tried 3 cases, a card case - didnt work A case with a pop socket- didnt work A slim case- barely worked The only way this works well if at all is with no case. Redundant purchase
