Great Product!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for an extra charging pad for my iPhone 10 but didn't want to spend $60 for another Belkin or Mophie. I have the Belkin and love it! It charges up to 7.5 watts and does a great job but I wanted something good and cheaper. Well I've had good luck with Insignia products in the past and saw this one for $35. I did a quick search online for reviews and also a search on You Tube and decided to try it. I've had it for about a week now and think it's a great value! It performs just as well as the Belkin. Charges at 7.5 watts as well and has a cool blue ring when it's charging! I'd say for the money it's a good deal!

Great price point for fast charger

All the negative reviews don't seem know the technology limitations of wireless(and/or)fast charging. You need a compatible phone, you can't have a super thick case, you need to align the charging coils. Only con is the light could be a bit bright for some using it on a nightstand.

I have a life proof next case and it works fine. THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE A THICK CASE! ie otter box

If you are having trouble with it then its probably because you are using a phone case that is too thick with multiple layers of rubber and plastic. This product needs to make a connection to your phone and if you have thick non conducting material like an otterbox then the radio waves wont transmit through that. Dont trust the negative reviews there is nothing wrong with th charger its the phone case.
