Our beverage cooler arrived with a baseball size dent in the side. I've taken a photo and was going to ask for a discount. I cannot find anywhere on this website that allows me to contact customer service by email. The dent is not bad enough to require replacement but would like a discount for damaged.

I put this Insignia into the office and all of the employees enjoy there cool drinks.

I bought to put between to of our lower cabinets in our kitchen. Good height. Works great

We were doing a kitchen Reno and kept the item in the box for about 1.5 months. When we opened it the door was dented and the mechanism that holds the door was broken. In fact it fell off and dented our new floors. We are lucky it didn’t fall on a foot or it would have been an ER visit as it is quite heavy. We called Best Buy and they would not stand behind the product sold and help us.

Upon opening the obviously damaged box I see a smashed in corner and a big dent on the edge of the door. I personally seem to have alot of problems when dealing with bestbuy.

This is to replace our magic chef beer fridge that is only 2 years old! Cannot believe it konked out so quickly, even though it was defrosted regularly. If it's the compressor, it's cheaper to replace it...with this! Didn't need the tiny freezer compartment anyway. Really like that: 1- You do not have to defrost this...ever! 2- There is an interior LED light that is nice and you can turn it off it you want to. 3- It really get COLD! Down to 33 degrees is cold. Our other one couldn't come close to that, especially at full capacity. 4- Fit right where the other one was. 5- Shelves are adjustable to accomodate any type of item. 6- Love the glass door! No more holding the door open and looking down into a open fridge. 7- Easy out of the box installation. (repurposed some of the packaging) 8- IT IS Q-U-I-E-T... wow, I didn't realize how loud our other one was! Of course, I did purchase the 4 year extended plan since the other one went bad so quick. I have had nothing but great luck with The Best Buy Geek Squad so a BIG thank you to them. Hope this lasts for years to come as I am somewhat sceptical at this point. Time will tell. Last note: it was delivered upsidedown. So always make sure as with any refridgerator that you leave it upright preferably in the final resting position for 24 hours. This should insure that all the "oil" or whatever they use nowdays is settled.

The fridge works great and keeps everything cold with its digital temperature display/control. It definitely has a higher capacity than your average dorm room minifridge. The steel and glass look is very classy, and the on/off toggle light helps you keep track of what's in stock in all lighting conditions. Another plus is that the fan and condenser are very quiet.

We initially purchased this beverage fridge for a large extended family holiday visits several years ago. We never had enough cold drinks in the regular fridge with all of our holiday food and using an ice chest was messy. Anyone taking a drink out of the ice chest dripped ice water, then the 3 dogs walked in it so I had dog foot prints throughout my house. I saw this beverage fridge at Best Buy and thought perfect for soda and beer because of the temperature range. I had a wine fridge for my wine and this beverage cooler for everything else. I found the beverage fridge temperature control feature more dependable than the wine fridge, has much better storage, is a better overall design has a better door seal, and is a workhorse. When my expensive wine fridge died, the manufacturer wanted $800 to repair it. Meanwhile, my original trusty beverage cooler just kept rolling on so I bought a second beverage to replace the wine fridge. We live in Phoenix and the way the wine fridge was designed dust got into the electronics. Not with this beverage fridge! My original beverage fridge just keeps cranking out the cold beverages despite an climate challenges. Love the item for dependability, durability, design and the price.

Great little addition to my kitchen, perfect for holding my craft beer, so it doesn’t take up space in the regular fridge. Sleek design, very modern. I know a bunch of reviews had talked about it not getting to temperature, but i have not had any issues so far. It keeps everything nice and cold.

Good looking, quiet, holds a lot of beverages, and was priced well.

This little frig is the perfect size for my family room. It holds plenty of soda and water without being restock. The glass door allows me to see inside without letting the cold out and the digital readout lets me know the frig is always the right temperature.

Very happy with this fridge. Pro's: Great size, nice capacity, great bang for the buck, nice LED light, easy digital temperature setting, glass door, quiet operation Con's: Wire racks (not glass), fan takes up some room at the top/back inside the unit but at least it's only in the middle. Still, I'm more than OK with these small con's for the price.

This beer fridge is a perfect size and what we were looking for. It fits beer cans, bottles, soda cans etc. it keeps our beer at a great temperature and we’re happy with our purchase

This is a wonderful addition to our 'pub room'. We repurposed an entertainment center. (The beverage cooler goes where the TV used to be). Since the back of the entertainment center has back cut out, we felt comfortable having the cooler 'enclosed', leaving cabinet doors open most of time. Holds plenty of bottles and keeps them cold! (I had been frustrated looking for 'mini-fridge', seeing units with wasted space. Was thrilled to realizing I needed to look for 'beverage cooler'. Researched many before choosing this one. Was a great choice)!

Great little cooler - works exactly as expected. My husband loaded it up so I can't vouch for how much it will hold, but it holds all the cans and bottles we need and then some. Runs very quietly. We especially love the glass door and interior light - looks cool when you turn it on. No complaints with the product itself but I would recommend buying in-store versus having it shipped to your home or business. We originally had it shipped to our house and it arrived with a number of dings and dents undoubtedly inflicted by the carrier. We were able to easily trade for a different one at our local store. Thank you Best Buy for making the trade a great experience!

Got this for my office and it is the perfect size, keeps my items perfectly cold, and it looks great as well.

Great unit. Keeps a very consistent temperature. Shelves are nicely adjustable so we can accommodate bottles and cans. The On or Off interior light is very cool and displays the unit very nicely. Door opening side is easily switched. It’s silent, but It would be a five star except it made a slight sound when running the compressor. Upgraded to five stars because the sound has seemed to stop.

Keeps beverages cold when set @ 33 degrees. Great design; looks like a wine cooler w/ clear glass door & stainless steel trim, but we use primarily for bottled water. Door is reversible & it is QUIET while in operation. Purchased ours while on sale which was even better. Only reason I did not rate w/ 5 stars was d/t only owning it for approx. 6 weeks.
