Product is Great! Store Manager (Chris) was rude!

My 15 year old son and his friends like having easy access to cold drinks and I like them using it rather than our main fridge. The Best Buy Store Manager (Chris) couldn't have made the experience any worse. I left a messages for his boss, but no one has called back. Great Product: Very unusual Bad Customer Service from Best Buy!
