    Opened it up excited. Found scrapes on the top & the glass door. Says it holds 115 cans. Survey says: Not even close. 74! Large fan prevents the top shelf from being fully utilized. Meh. I won’t return it but I wish it held what it claimed and wasn’t damaged.

    The beverage cooler door is damaged. I do not have the ability to repackage and return it to your store. I am willing to keep the cooler but I feel I am due compensation for the damage item. I have attached a picture of the door on the cooler. I would appreciate it if this matter is addressed

    So i picked this up tonight. The box had absolutely zero damage. I took it out of the box only to find out sharp jagged metal on the side of the door. I guess it was damaged prior to the factory putting it in the box? Super disappointed for a $300 item to be damaged. If it works as it should, then ill bend the metal back and keep it. Still sucks thiugh.

    I was planning on returning it, but it all happening in the middle of our move and I have not had any time to mess with it. The top left hand corner of the the door has a dent on it with a little sliver of metal sticking up and also another dent in the door. Other then that, it cools great and looks good besides the dents. Maybe need to rethink packaging or who is doing your deliveries.

    Bought this fridge as a gift for my husband's birthday. For the first week it kept the beer cans cold. Went out and bought fridge thermometers to make sure it was at 34 degrees as it says on the built in thermostat. Both fridge thermometers say 40 degrees, and the cans we keep in the fridge do not feel as cold. Very disappointed in this fridge. I can't return it now since I threw out the packaging it came in, and I believe is past the return date anyways.

    Got it shipped in a couple days but was in bad shape. Came dented with a plastic hinge broken. Called customer service and had to exchange it rather than get the piece replaced. Works fine though, keeps can nice and cool.

    It only cools to 60 degrees, I don't think the fan works or it is completely silent running. There is only a 15-day return policy. Buy the time I got it set up, let it cool down which it never did bought a refrigerator thermometer and let it cool down to get a stable temperature it is now day 16 and unreturnable. I will never buy from Best Buy again they do not stand behind items they sell.

    The fridge worked great. But it came in damaged from the manufacturer with the stainless steel lifted at the corner joint....Right on the front door!!! Poor quality control from the manufacturer.

    I thought it would be more efficient for chilling drinks. The temperature setting should reach 28 degrees. Mine arrived with a defect (dented) on the housing. I made the complaint on the Best Buy website, they asked to take it and exchange it at a store closer to my house, but I can't take it to exchange it.

    Had this for 6 months and my complaint is that the wire shelf doesn't seem to be wide enough to span the distance between the sides, so I continually have cans and bottles spilling out whenever the shelf collapses, on its own. I'm awaiting customer support to help resolve this...and waiting.

    Like the product, but it came dented. It was a christmas present so we set it all up before we realized and its not worth the hassle to return it. Unfortunately this is ALWAYS my expereince with bestbuy. Something always goes wrong and my experience with their customer service has been appalling. I absolutely hate buying from best buy.

    Only worked for 2 years. Now I’m getting an E4 code and it’s more to fix than what a new one costs. Buy the warranty. That will save you a huge headache

    Item was damaged during delivery. I had the product hidden from my husband for about a month until fathers day and when opened, it was dented. Date of return has passed by only 3 days and now best buy will not take back or exchange.

    Great fridge but it wont get the temperature it is supposed to, I set it to 34F and it wont go less than 40F, taking it to a repair at bestbuy right now! very disappointed.

    Shelf slips out of place

    The top shelf does not fit properly in any of the grooves and constantly slips out of place, causing all the drinks to come crashing down and slant sideways. I've tried about 20 times to reposition the shelf but it will never fit properly.
