Contacted geek squad they transferred us to the manufacturer (think twice when purchasing the protection plan). Likely at the insignia manufacturer they were very helpful and allowed the replacement. If not them I highly doubt that somebody would help me from the geek squad. So make sure to open the box within the return time frame and check everything otherwise you may waste your money for nothing.
