A little tough to position the shelves correctly. Does do the job, looks good, and no problems so far! Will say the Best Buy curb side service was flawless. Super nice to see them lend my wife a hand and help load for her knowing she couldn’t do it herself. Thank you Best Buy Downey!

I like my beverages cold & keep it at the lowest setting of 34 degrees. I am not sure if that is why there is always a puddle of water on the floor of the cooler, or if this is just natural condensation.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Still on the fence on this unit I finally got a fridge/freezer thermometer took everything out turn it of fro 24 start it set the temperature to 34 the best reading I got with with the unit empty after 48 hours is 41 degrees I just fill up with 12 16 oz bottles of water the temp is 56 degrees after 6 hours I’m going to wait 48 hours with out opening the unit and recheck the temperature , the unit is located in the basement family room and the temperature of the room is a constant 68 degrees the unit is far away from windows or heating vent , unit at this moment ain’t returnable go call Best Buy to have someone check it

Poor Customer Service adn Hard to Get Parts

In my situation I needed the door to swing the opposite of how it is shipped. The directions that were available to me were quit poor. There are plastic rivets in the holes for the hinge that have to be removed and reused after the hinge has been reinstalled. The directions say to use a blade to remove as getting underneath them is difficult. I ended up having mine snap off. I reached out to Best Buy through their chat option to get replacements. Was told to go to the store. Store sent me to a website and barely even assisted with that. (Not Best Buy) POOR customer service.

Two dents

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice Fridge but gets a 3 due to receiving it with two dents on the lower back side, this is the second Item with a dent on it. will not return it since it will be enclosed to avoid the hassle but I did exchange the Freezer chest about a month ago - I had to go to the store and exchange which was a big hasssel.
