Apparently, this is an issue with the defrost sensor. Getting it fixed would have cost about as much as a new unit, so I had to replace it. Additionally, a can of a carbonated beverage at the back of the unit froze, causing it to burst open and create a mess. So, be mindful of uneven cooling. For these reasons, if you are going to buy it, I recommend buying the extended coverage. Otherwise, purchase at your own risk.

I then called to ask for a replacement. The replacement ALSO arrived dented in the same exact place. The item is great but it's a shame that whoever stocks and/or ships these is not more careful. Won't be ordering online from Best Buy anymore.

Called the company and said take it back to Best Buy.......as it must be defective. Hopefully the next one will work as described. Other than that I like it.

Installed anyway after talking to store asking for adjustment and they stated will have manager call us no call. Disappointed wrote off to poor followed thru but we did buy a 2000.00 tv next week at sams because of lack of care from Best Buy.
