Poor Customer Service adn Hard to Get Parts

In my situation I needed the door to swing the opposite of how it is shipped. The directions that were available to me were quit poor. There are plastic rivets in the holes for the hinge that have to be removed and reused after the hinge has been reinstalled. The directions say to use a blade to remove as getting underneath them is difficult. I ended up having mine snap off. I reached out to Best Buy through their chat option to get replacements. Was told to go to the store. Store sent me to a website and barely even assisted with that. (Not Best Buy) POOR customer service.

The first one the seal was messed up, the second one all the sudden just stopped working. So far this one is working good. If you purchase this I would recommend buying the warranty.

Description said it holds 115 cans which I do believe but you really have to get creative to get 115 cans in there. The shelves are movable but the interior space makes it difficult to stand up beverages on all shelves.

First time, i got it home and paid somebody to haul it up steps for me where I found out it was dented in several places. paid the person to take it back to my car. Ordered it again, repeat incident. How are every last one of these refrigerators dented? Not a small dent, huge, major dents. Extremely inconvenient with all the back and forth!!

Best Buy did stand behind it with the purchased warranty and sent me a new one at no extra cost.
