    Fridge works ok. Lowest setting is 34 degrees F. Fridge won't get colder than about 37. Looks nice though.

    I order beverage cooler 1st one leaked all over my kitchen, you made me pay for another one, that one was dented, and the 3rd one came was dented took back to store got a nice one . I have called 3 times to get refund for the 2nd fridge horrible experience that was April 9 it’s now may 11 still no refund I gave up and disputed on my credit card should not have been this hard

    The beverage cooler looks nice, but it doesn't seem to really cool the drinks inside of it. I've played with the setting to try and change the temp. But it did not work.

    The door does not properly seal. Temperature of drinks are not the 34 degrees F it is set at. For $300 I expect better quality than something I can pay $100 for. I will never buy Insignia again. Better off paying more for better quality...I returned this item and the door kept coming open on my way there. Couldn't get better proof that the seal was crap!!!!!!

    The product works as intended. The design of it is what drives my rating down. There is a fan in the middle of the top row that gets in the way of additional storage.

    runs quiet, looks good but made cheap inside with brittle plastic broken when we opened. Won't get colder then 44 degrees. Not cold enough. Returned it.

    No automatic interior light is disappointing, as our previous one had that. Also, when it runs it is loud, louder than our previous fridge. It does the job of cooling beverages as advertised.

    This worked ok for about a year. In the last 6 months, we noticed that thungs werent as cold as they should be. Now we have frost forming on the back inside wall. Very disappointed that it is low on refrigerant after just 18 months of use.

    Not as cool as you’d think…

    While these units may look sleek, they do not chill bottles and can efficiently. I purchased two units and neither unit will chill to the temperature programmed. The lowest temperature the unit allows is 34 degrees, but one unit will only chill to 40 and the other to 36. Might be fine for soda, but it is noticeable for beer. I used both infrared and digital thermometers for my readings and I did not overstock either fridge.

    This cooler does not get cold enough even though it goes down to 34 degrees. The pop and water still doesn’t get cold even at 34 degrees. I probably should take it back and get a different one.

    I returned this unit a couple of hours after I got it home. The unit said 115 cans, but I had beer cans and it couldn't even fit 4 cases of beer in the unit! Didn't even plug it in.

    Decent however this isn’t silent like most reviewers have mentioned. It can get pretty loud when it starts. Not great for a gaming or movie room.

    First one picked up was dented. Replaced it and second piece was ok. Clearly the stainless steel outline is flimsy. Function is ok. Counting on it to last for many years

    Stopped cooling after 6 weeks of working well. Emits a toxic odor that is overpowering. It still lights up and sounds like it's working, but never cools the drinks. Too late to return it.

    We needed a beverage cooler for our house. This was affordable, but I was scared of the reviews. I get why. It struggle to get to temp and maintain. Ice started forming on the back of it so I removed some cans, to give it space then the ice dlmelted. Now it isn't holding what it should. The temp just based off of feel, it isn't there. I'll use a temp gauge on it this weekend. Understand why people spend so much on better ones now.

    It might be a great cooler but the door is not reversible as stated. I tried 2 but neither one was reversible.

    Doesn’t get cold. Had to go buy a thermometer to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. Fridge is set to the lowest temp (34 degrees) and it doesn’t get below 42 degrees… and the fridge is practically empty. The fridge looks like it’s built out of quality materials otherwise.. I think they didn’t put a large enough compressor in it or something, I have no idea.

    Very Noisy

    We brought this home and plugged it in to cool down to temperature. We have an open kitchen plan that flows into our family room on the first floor. The noise of the compressor unit is a non-starter for a deployment like this. It’s loud and high pitched and as the unit cools it’s constant. Maybe good for a garage or basement bar, but it runs the place with the noise. Taking it back after a day and being unable to put it anywhere else in the house.
