Inspect closely before installing

Welds were missing and couldn't replace without returning entire fridge. Rack width barely reaches and filling with bottles/cans (which it's designed for) causes shelves to collapse.

My Fridge

Best Buy did stand behind it with the purchased warranty and sent me a new one at no extra cost.

When I read reviews, I usually focus on the negative ones as a last resort to sway me from making the purchase. There were many reviews that mentioned the cooler was damaged and I felt it was very unfortunate, yet truly believed that not all coolers can be damaged so I went ahead and purchased the fridge. Well come to find out that I was part of the unfortunate and unlucky people that received a damaged fridge. It had dents on the bottom and side of the doors. I contacted best buy and they have not resolved the issue to date.

NOT COLD

But it does not get anywhere near cold enough. I have the fridge set at the coldest temp (34 Degrees) and it won't chill below 40 degrees. In my opinion, that is not cold enough! I expected a few degrees variation in temp but that is too much! If you are looking to keep your beverages ice cold this is not the fridge for you. I am very disappointed!

Doesnt get below 40F for me

Will give it a bit more time to see if i can troubleshoot.

Arrived slightly damaged

I exchanged it for a new one, but haven’t started using it yet. It arrived without any damage at least.

Not as cold

Works ok, if you can get an undamaged one

We sent the first one back as it had damage, the second one arrived damaged as well and we just didn’t want to deal with it anymore and kept it dented and all.

Poor Customer Service adn Hard to Get Parts

In my situation I needed the door to swing the opposite of how it is shipped. The directions that were available to me were quit poor. There are plastic rivets in the holes for the hinge that have to be removed and reused after the hinge has been reinstalled. The directions say to use a blade to remove as getting underneath them is difficult. I ended up having mine snap off. I reached out to Best Buy through their chat option to get replacements. Was told to go to the store. Store sent me to a website and barely even assisted with that. (Not Best Buy) POOR customer service.
