We ordered this once to be delivered to our business and it was dented on both sides. We understand, mistakes happen!
We returned the cooler and had another one shipped to the store to hopefully avoid a 3rd party shipping error. It was damaged worse! Needless to say, we didn't try again.

Had it shipped to my house. Dent in door. Took it back to bb. They had to open 3 more boxes to find one that had just a small dent. Got that one home and noticed the temp display falls off. Very poor quality and cannot believe they don’t have a problem with that as it is bb brand

Didn't turn it on for almost 3 mo. because we didn't fill it. When I went to turn it on, it does connect to power and light up and start to cool, but then went to check on it the next day and it was warm - room temp, not 41 degrees that it had been set to. When you buy this item wait at least 30 min with it upright like the directions say, but then MAKE SURE you turn it on to see if it works. Going through the manufacturer is a lot of holding and getting new numbers to call to use the warranty, still not sure how they will resolve my situation.

They put on credit card how ever i wanted to pay cash. As the first respond is was discount but they did not give to me because they said they only do it on line, However, they did it for the person in front of me that told me about it.

The fridge is beautiful and fits perfectly in our home bar. However, the fridge does not get cold. I let it sit for a few hours when I got home, just Incase the fridge was on its side at the store or on the truck. I then plugged it in and dropped it down to 40 without any cans inside the fridge. After about 2.5-3 hours I dropped it to 36. I left it at 36 for another hour and when I opened the fridge, the racks were ice cold but the actual temp in the fridge was just about the same as room temp. This product isn’t even 24 hours yet. Very disappointed and seems like I’ll be going back to Best Buy to get a different brand.

Refrigerator was badly dented when delivered. Exchanged it for another, and the second one was badly dented, too. Tried calling local store, but recording says they don’t answer phones anymore. Ended up returning and buying from some place else.

Very spacious inside. Holds a lot of drinks and even good for storing small food packages. The best feature is that it runs so quiet you can have it running in your bedroom while you sleep and you don't even hear it, except for an occasional quiet hum but even that doesn't last long, and it doesn't wake you up. I like how it has a bright light inside for easy viewing, and it can be turned off at bedtime, so it doesn't light up the room. We bought two for our boys' bedrooms and they like the fact they can store their own food and drinks within easy reach of watching tv or doing homework, and they don't take up a lot of space and look nice. Thought they were priced at a good value for what you get.

Although the mini fridge is nice and i like the digital control and the light.. the fridge only hold 72 12oz can.. unless they are using a different type of can, 115 is far fetched

Very inconsistent temps

At the bottom of the unit the temp is 35 while the upper shelf is 57 degrees. So frustrating that as small as it is it will not keep a more consistent temp.

Box arrived heavily damaged and once opened you cannot back in the box. The only way to return it, bring it into a best buy store. I cannot and have a bad back. Now I'm stuck with a damaged refrigerator at full price. Poor experience.
