Light does not turn off automatically, sometimes I forget to turn off and is left on all night

Door is not reversible

Huge dent on the metal frame on the side of the door. Not sure how this could have happened in route or by us wrapping it since there is no damage to the box or styrofoam. Conclusion it was sent from the store or warehouse like this. Going to return it in hopes for an exchange.

Misleading description of item on Best Buy website

If you somehow pack 60-70 cans inside, the ones in the back will freeze up and burst

Not cold enough for soda cans

Only at the bottom it reaches 34 degrees the other shelves it goes as low as 46 degrees. I’m returning my purchase.

I think the glass door doesn't allow it to cool the way you expect it to. Returned it and purchased a different model without glass, plain black.... cools way more than this one did.

Mangled in Shipping

We understand, mistakes happen! We returned the cooler and had another one shipped to the store to hopefully avoid a 3rd party shipping error. It was damaged worse! Needless to say, we didn't try again.

They had to open 3 more boxes to find one that had just a small dent. Got that one home and noticed the temp display falls off. Very poor quality and cannot believe they don’t have a problem with that as it is bb brand
