    Can't trust it

    I'd give it more stars originally, but you can't trust it. The inside back of the fridge builds up with ice, and then it melts and starts leaking water. If you catch it in time you can easily wipe it up with a towel, and if not, you will have ruined floors like other reviewers have stated. Is that a risk you want to take?

    It worked like a champ, for exactly 1 yr and about 15 days. This is the one for you, if you are looking for that type of reliability. :(

    This fridge is ok, plenty of storage for beverages just doesn’t keep them as cold as I like. Have the temp set at 33° still not cold enough

    Bad temperature c9ntrol

    I purchased this cooler just before christmas. The temperature in the cooler was off by 10 degrees. I figured maybe it was just a defective unit so I returned it and purchased the same model. The new unit was also off by 10 degrees and could never get below 42 degrees. I am returning It again and switching to a different cooler! Don't buy this model!

    Does Not Go Below 50 Degrees

    I bought this unit yesterday, plugged it in and waited the appropriate amount of time before putting beverages in. For the past 36 hours or so, the temperature has not dropped below 50 degrees even though the thermometer is set on 34. I don't know who to contact about this as I already threw the box and packaging away.

    Make sure not to return the box away. Purchssed one that was advertised as new but was clearly used and damaged. Received a second that worker for 20 days and then started leaking water

    Don't order online or from Best Buy in general

    Don't buy anything from Best Buy online, 2nd beverage refrigerator that came destroyed, packaging is a joke. The hassle of calling support, repacking it, waiting for pickup is frustrating and a waste of my time. This is why Amazon is taking over the world due to the incompetence of companies like Best Buy. In all of the years ordering from Amazon, not one package damaged!!

    These best buy brands are garbage. BB nor Insignia stand behind them. Unit started failing with E4 error (defrost) after 8 mo then cleared up on it's own. Started again with same error at the 13 month mark and would not clear. Insignia warranty points you to BB and BB says nope - been over a year and we won't warranty it.

    This unit worked fine until about a week ago when without any warning, it simply stopped working. All the lights and controls work, but its not cooling at all. I tried unplugging overnight and its still dead. It never froze up or showed any signs of decline, it just was warm inside all of a sudden. I purchased it in store in Feb 2020 so it lasted about 16 months.

    Settings list minimum temperature as 34 degrees fahrenheit. Upon setting unit to 34 degrees it will not maintain anything less than 41 degrees fahrenheit. Unfortunate waste of money.
