This little drink refrigerator works great and doesn't take up much space. I would give it a rating of 4-stars HOWEVER, the one we purchased was listed as open box in EXCELLENT condition. Meaning it was essentially new but the box had been open so there could be some surface marks. When it was delivered, it appeared to be in excellent condition as described. However later (after the return window had already expired) we discovered a large gash in the insulation on the back. Luckily it had not gone all the way through to where it would have damaged the components. We have fixed it so it should last without any issues down the road. I also later found a nice dent in the door that is not readily noticeable. This seems to be how Best Buy operates as we also purchased a BRNAD NEW microwave but received one that had been opened and returned as broken. We were furious as we live an hour away and according to their customer support (no help by the way) we had to return it to the store. A very disappointing experience overall. I do NOT recommend Best Buy for any of your appliance needs.

Easy to set up, keeps everything nice and cold, small and convenient

My wife and I are disabled. We’re unable to lift much more than 20 pounds. We visited Best Buy and found this mini-fridge. The manager was working and understood our condition, where we wanted to have it delivered and setup. Normally, this item is not handled this way. So, he left for a few minutes and came back after talking to his manager. He said he would have it shipped to Best Buy and get someone from the Geek Squad to handle our request. Two days before it was setup and delivered, there was a misunderstanding about the fridge being sent back because the was not picked up on time the designated delivery date. A simple call to the manager at Chapel Hill BB and our item was delivered, setup, and working great. About the mini-fridge, it is quiet running. It keeps the drinks very cold at 34 degrees and does everything the manager said it would at the store. After getting a great product from a store that cares about their customers, I will continue to purchase from Best Buy before buying any where else!

My small family room refrigerator died and I started searching. I was looking for:glass front door, stainless steel front, cold settings, light inside and big enough for our family room refreshments. After reviewing many sites and options I choose Insignia 115-Can Beverage Cooler-Stainless steel from My Best Buy! Perfect size, low temperatures to keep beverages cold, moveable shelves and everyone loves the blue light. The best was it was on sale at Best Buy.

Works perfect in our media room to hold beers and seltzers. Stays cold and can turn the light on and off so you can have the light on to show off what you've got when guests are over. Can't go wrong for the price - others with the clear doors we looked at were running well over $500.

Bought this cooler recently to replace a small dorm style refrigerator. I am very pleased with the overall appearance and the capacity of the cooler. Some reviews mention it does not get as cold as advertised. I don't know if the actual temperature inside is the same as is on the digital display but my canned drinks and bottles of water are kept at a perfect drinking temperature for me. I keep the temperature set on the lowest the cooler will allow.

I was a little reluctant to purchase this because many of the reviews said it didn't get cold enough. Mine gets ice cold. There were also reviews that said it was very difficult to reverse the door. I did it in about 10 minutes. It could not have been easier. Other reviews talked about having to turn the door upside down and all sorts of other issues that I didn't have. The hinges are made to reverse easily and the opposite side is already threaded for the screws, etc., so it's a very simple procedure. I do have a few small complaints. It makes a pretty loud click when the compressor kicks off. It's quiet when it's running. You can hear it, but no more so than any other refrigerator I've ever owned, but it is kind of loud when it kicks off. The one that I replaced with this one was wide enough you could put a 12 pack in it with the drinks still in the carton, or 6 drinks would go in a line across it. This one is about a 1/2 inch shy of that so you can put 5 in and the sixth one almost fits, but not quite, so it's kind of a nightmare for an OCD person like myself that wants the drinks to all line up in a straight line. I also don't like that fact that you either have to leave the light on inside, or turn it on when you want to use it, because there is no switch on the door to automatically turn the light on. My last one had a switch like every other refrigerator I've ever owned. This one doesn't. When I started searching for a replacement for my old one that died after 14 years, I found the the light issue was a common complaint about all brands of these. I couldn't find one that had an automatic light. The light is an LED and it's in the corner of my home bar, so I just leave it on all the time. That seems to be the best option. None of these complaints are really major things, but are things I believe the company should address with future models. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

This cooler is a perfect size and keeps beverages ice cold. The shelves are deep enough to lay down white wines as well. So happy with this purchase!

We got this for a donation to our local children's theater. It chilled the sodas quickly and has lots of room. Read the directions carefully. This is a free standing unit and should not be put in a recessed cabinet. Highly recommended.

Perfect when our masin fridge died and had to wait a week for a new one. Decided to use it as a beverage cooler. wish the light went off automatically when the door is closed. Constantly have to open again to shut it off. Guess i'll just leave it on.

The size and design are perfect for use in an office. Fits a good amount of water and drinks.

Got this fridge to save room in our kitchen fridge for beverages. Have not been disappointed. Mainly use for beer and keep it at the lowest setting. I have a separate thermometer in there and it reads usually 2 degrees warmer than the digital setting but for the cost I would say its worth it. I don't feel like 2 degrees is worth spending hundreds more on the same type of product.
