Nice unit for the money but has some issues

I am happy with the way it keeps things cool. I have two issues with this, one - right out of the box, the upper corner of the door where the aluminum frame meets at a 45 degree angle was sharp and nicked my thumb. Really bad QC. I took a file to it and knocked the sharp metal down. Since it was brushed aluminum, it looks like it should have from the factory. Second issue is a humming noise. I pulled the lower back cover off and even though it has black rubber insulation, one of the refrigerant lines vibrates against the chassis. Did what I could and made it better. For a buck and a half on black Friday, overall it was a good deal. If I had spent more, I probably would have expected more.

I purchased and ran this unit for over one month now, (wanting to ensure there are no early-detectable-malfunctions) and it works great. The temperature setting at my home was at 34 degrees, and quickly discovered that gradually froze my soda that was against the lower backwall. I increased the temp to 35 degrees, and that resolved the freezing of any sodas. Great news- beers never froze (lower freezing temp.)! I use this in a theater / dark room, and the light is a great addition too. We love this.
