Too much of trouble to take back to the store. It closes good and keeps bottles and cans cold so far. I notice quite a few of them delivered are dented. Mines not real bad and it is useable. It should be like new when you receive it. That’s the bummer. I would advise anyone buying one of these, take it out of the box first before you buy it. For the price it’s decent, but it should never arrive dented.

Very easy set up and delivery was great. However the little back feet are missing. I'm trying to get a hold of customer service but the bot keeps sending me to geek squad and wants to set up an in home repair....Hoping to get through to a real person who can get replacements out.

She was having surgery and couldn't walk downstairs and needed to stay hydrated. We put tons of bottle waters, Gatorade, and jello. It keeps drinks cool enough for a refreshing drink!
