I ended up buying another one for our spare room. It's a smaller fan but don't let that fool you. It's not too loud and the air it blows around is just perfect. I've always had my fans on high and I only need this one on the lowest speed. Great find.

Bought this fan with rewards I had for Best Buy. I love to have a fan while I sleep and I got this one. It it the perfect fan. It's so sleek and looks great. Has a great flow and has a quite and relaxing sound when it's on. Would definitely buy one of these again.

not cheap plastic like everything else made these days, heavy metal construction for the most part, quiet and throws a lot of air

We bought this fan for our daughters bedroom and it works perfectly. Good power settings and surprisingly quiet on the lowest setting. I looked at several different fans before purchasing this one and all of the plastic fans were very loud even on the lowest setting. They had on of these on display at the local store and I was impressed. Very solid and good quality.

This is the perfect table fan for a bedroom or office. It moves a lot of air, is reasonably quiet, and looks sharp. It is also easier than mosat other fans I've owned to clean. I have bought five of these, one for each bedroom, and am not disappointed.

I love this fan! I always sleep with a box fan on. I wanted something smaller and more stylish. This was exactly what I needed! I have bought smaller fans that were too quiet. This is perfect! Loud enough and very nice looking. Also if you are looking for powerful it does create quite a nice breeze to cool you off! :)

It's very attractive, does the job, and it is fairly quiet as these things go. I really hate box fans or the huge pedestal fans we own that overtake the room and block the tv half the time. Table fan for me, with some style.

I use this fan in my big, old kitchen, where there is no A/C. I love it. It's powerful and quiet, but the oscillating feature works really well to move air, and cool the kitchen! I'll never be without one.

I love the way the fan looks and it really puts out a good breeze and gets the air moving in the room. It is pretty quiet and the only problem is I only bought one while they were on sale and I wish I had gotten 2!!!!!

Pushes a lot of air. Reminds me of the old fans our grandparents had when we were kids. Somewhat louder than others, but I enjoy the white noise in the background at work, so does not bother me.

I love the retro styling, but what I really love is that it doesn't sound like a true retro fan. Quite operation and variable speeds make for one nice addition to my office.

This fan is nice looking and appears to be well made. It is quiet also. The fan guard is a little difficult to remove for cleaning, but not too bad.

I was looking for a high quality, metal retro-look fan to add to or replace the white, plastic fan I already have. I read all the reviews and bought it based on the fact it was supposed to be fairly quiet and powerful at the same time. I found it to be much louder than my plastic fan and not as powerful... but I tried to like it because it's so well made and looks great. Unfortunately, I couldn't have it in the bedroom while trying to sleep and in the living room, it wasn't providing enough air circulation. I have a small house so the rooms are not large. Disappointed, I returned it and am still searching for a great fan.

This fan works great and runs quietly. It looks great, too. But if the color is important to you, the copper version looks more like brushed stainless steel.
