I needed a longer USB cable for this old camera in order to reach the new location for our desktop computer. I was not sure what type of USB cable was compatible to lengthen my web camera's cord. An extremely helpful Best Buy staff person directed me to this Insignia USB "Extension Cable A-Male to Female. This advice was right on and the new cable works perfectly. Thank you Best Buy. Dale
