    This product worked great. I was able to charge my new personnel CD player's ion battery. Best Buy staff was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed.

    My new laptop does not have a usb connection. With the wall charger I was able to still use my ring light. It works well.

    Good charger. Does what it should. A bit long so be mindful of tripping over any attached cable and bending prongs as it comes out of the wall.

    I needed to replace a faulty ‘plug’ for my cell charger! Great to be able to simply go to my local Best Buy store and purchase the replacement plug!

    We bought this because we had two Apple blocks quit working - one had caused a small fire! Apple said they would not replace the block so we had to buy another Apple block. This Insignia charger was less expensive and works, however it charges slowly.

    My husband was a bit disappointed that the selection of chargers at that store was scanty, but I don't think Best Buy is to blame for that. Rather I would blame COVID and manufacturing/ distribution bottlenecks. But the charger he got works okay, and we'll probably try again later to get a better one.

    Im confused to be honest, I thought this would be a great charger but so far I am underwhelmed. Every time i plug it to my 3rd gen iPad the tablet gets really warm and charges really slow.
