Bought it a year ago and it still holds an awesome charge. I can charge my phone about 5 times with this. I carried it to school with me all the time too. Best portable charger I have used

So I dropped it on the floor. The lights went out to tell me how much it had charged or something like that. BUT it still works in recharging my Iphone and other devices. I just have to make sure it is fully charged for when it is needed. Because the lights are out on it. Works for me.

Like all the INSIGNIA products I have purchased over the years, this is a quality product. It packs a usable 12,000 mAh, good for several recharges. It also uses a micro USB to charge which I prefer, rather than the newer USB C which requires a different interface.

Very portable and not heavy. Last a lvery long time.

Began using this charger when on an extended photo shoot day with iPhone. Taking pictures with phone drained a lot of battery, but portable charger replenished battery quickly and sustained the phone for the entire day with plenty to spare.

Love the charger. It’s keeps all my electronics charged when I need it. I work outdoors and I don’t have access to a wall charge all day. This charger keeps my electronics charged so I can continue to work without any inconvenience.

Really good all-purpose charger for USB devices. It lasts a long time. This is my second time buying this particular brand in over 3 years (closer to 4 years). I’m pretty satisfied. It’s also a good price.

My current iPhone has an awful battery so I'm constantly plugging it in and using portable battery packs. This way too good of a deal to pass up, and it's done wonders so far. Slow to charge up, but then it last a long time. Highly recommend.

I am so glad that purchased this battery pack! I went to New York for the first and this literally saved me from not being able to get an Uber due to my phone battery dying so quickly. Definitely worth the money and easy to use!

Planning to bring this with me when I go out of town for the holidays. It is kind of bullky but one full charge can last for a long time... I have been using this to charge both my phone and tablet at the same time while in bed and it is very convenient to have especially when the outlet is far away from where you are.

I bought this portable charger for my iPhone after a storm caused a power outage and my iPhone was about out of charge and I had no way to charge it. I want a way to charge my phone in case that same situation ever happens again.

I purchased this charging bank for a trip to NY, we were 5 people with 5 cells, and this great item charged all of ours cells, of course only 1 time for each one.. lol. 100% recommended

This charger charges my phone pretty fast, holds enough juice to charge my phone fully several times while costing way less than other more well known brands with similar capacity, it also has two charging ports, a big plus!

Bought this for hubby last Christmas and he uses it all the time. Says it charges his phone faster than plugging it in to the wall plug. Bought another one for his father this year who uses it all the time as well.

The portable charger has worked great. Used it while cruising the eastern coast for 2 months. Kept the phone charged while running the navigation program. Used in on a Samsung phone.

I love this portable charger because when my line of work I don't always have the pleasure of having a wall charger or car charger available. I love technology and happy for this great little device.

This was a GREAT portable charger. We took it to Vegas and it helped us out whenever we needed to charge up our phones. I just wish my husband didn't leave it in our rental car.
