I originally bought this for my trip and it was a good move.

This charger is a bit bulky but the charge lasts long.

Only used once while on vacation. Power button to start charging your device is very sensitive and would turn off thus your phone wouldn't get charged. Had to leave flat on a table and watch. Does not come with a wall charging cube, You need to use your computer or usb device which can be slow to recharge.

seems like a great deal.. have not checked it out thoroughtly yet. since it is a gift.. i am definately willing to recommend the ordering/shipping process from Best Buy. love how they keep you updated every step of the way

I bought the portable battery pack as an open floor item. It is OKAY in functionality where i have to often press the charge button for the attached device to continue charging, but considering that I paid 1/3 the cost it is serviceable.

Took this on Japan bus tour. Was concerned that TSA would cause me grief in getting it through security. No problem..just put with cell phone in carry on basket/tray. Recharged our cell phones several times during trip.

Insignia 12 V battery pack. It took about five hours to charge a 10 inch iPad from 23% to 100% along with an Smartphone that was at 17%. The Smartphone only took three hours. It took it down to one light on the battery pack. To charge the battery pack back up from one light to four lights took 12 hours. To me this seems like quite a long time. If I were to do it again I would probably look into something a little more quick. It will work for what I got it for witch was power outages. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody who was in a hurry to charge their electronics.

It doesn't remain charged as long as I expected, but it works and it will serve my purpose for purchasing it. I have a backup in case of a power outage. Of course, it must already be powered up.

Great battery pack, used it for camping! So far the battery light looks like it stops charging my devices at 3 lights so im gonna have to take it in and ask if its an issue or meant to be

I used a few times to charge cell phones and worked good. It didn't use too much of battery. The power lights could be a little larger as they are hard to see.

After 18 months, not holding a charge over 50%. Maybe some internal cells have failed. Have other brands that have been more reliable.

Excellent portable charger fir most USB enabled devices. I would recommend this portable charger. It is a good device to have if a power outage occurs.

I bought this Insignia charger thinking that it was a great deal. It was a well-known brand. The price was great at around $15. But, within 2 months, this thing just died. I barely had a chance to use it. I would recommend any Anker charger, which has been much more reliable for me. After all, it's when you're on the road, that you're gonna be needing to use this. What good is a charger that fails to do its job?

Excellent back up power, recharge 2 cellphone at same time, faster and reliable, make sure don't forget the charger connector for traveling.
