Tried to charge like the instructions said, would never get over 75%. I returned it, the store was out of the 12k, so I got a 15k mAh AND got it for $3 cheaper! Good to go now!

I bought from another source, a docking station which worked out better for me.

I only used it to charge my phone to and from work. But, here we are 6 months later with no indication that it was failing and its suddenly now completely dead. No warranty. For the price, it was good while it lasted.

My other two chargers made from a different manufacturer never had this issue.
