It's unfortunate, I will no longer buy Insignia products. When charging the portable battery, the blue LED indicator lights only blink for the first light. When left a couple of hours, the battery life never gets above the fist one. I left the battery over night and the battery life indicator never went up past the first light. It's done.

Out of the power after half year

It will never charge beyond one blue light of available battery. This is true whether the original cord is used or if any other compatible cord is used. I plan on returning to BestBuy. In fairness to them, this is an isolated experience as their customer. Says more about the product than the store.
