Lots of usable room and all items easily accessible, which is the biggest issue with normal freezer chests. So far working perfectly as a back up freezer. All items perfectly frozen without any frost. Have not had any issue at all.

We set one up as a refrigerator the other as a freezer. These are working GREAT and we have a lot more cold storage now. Highly recommend these for extra cold storage.

I purchased the old one from best buy 17 years ago and it was still in great condition just need a parts. I wish I called best buy first could have saved $400. In food.

The size is ideal for a one-person home! I purchased a thermometer for use inside the freezer, as the display on the front of the door reflects what the freezer temp is set for, not what it actually is. So far, there is no discrepancy...
