We ordered this freezer from Best Buy and it was delivered within a week with no damage and so far it is working great. Plenty of room and fits great in our basement.

Love my new upright freezer for garage. I bought containers to separate the various things in it (meats, veggies, frozen meals, etc.), so they stay put. I planned on getting the 17 cu ft. While there is just the two of us, I kinda wish I'd gone with bigger size. Right now I have a ton of bags of vegetables because they got buried in chest freezer and I couldn't see what I had. It's going to take quite awhile to go thru them. Right now this freezer is full!!!

Works well, has option of freezer or fridge. I just need freezer. Delivery was great- came as scheduled and set up quickly. Wish it came with more drawers. Bought some plastic bins to contain food on upper shelves that work great! Handles are not reversible, but not an issue for me. Overall, good product.

When our prior upright freezer failed, we replaced it with this. Price was right, keeps good temperature even in a sun spot by the door. Ability to swap over to a refrigerator if needed a definite plus. Delivery crew was excellent.

This Freezer has a great size for any Garage. I loved that has a light inside. And you can switch from Refrigerator to Freezer. And the price is the Best.

I’ve owned this upright freezer for nine months now, and I’m happy to say it’s been a great addition to our home. The first unit delivered had a malfunction, but Best Buy handled the issue quickly and professionally by scheduling a replacement right away with no hassle. Since then, the freezer has performed flawlessly. It’s spacious, efficient, and most importantly, garage-ready. Living in Texas, I was concerned about how it would hold up through the summer heat, but it has survived its first summer. Even during peak temperatures, it maintained consistent cooling and kept everything frozen solid. Love my garage freezer. It's the perfect size for my family. The only down side is that Best Buy doesn't include hard copy of owners manual, you have to go online for digital copy. Also, door display shows temp set too not actual internal temp. Other than those issues I love my freezer!

I am very happy with my purchase. The freezer was delivered in good condition and the quality of construction is good. The interior is brightly lit and with the glass shelves, everything is easy to find. About a month before this purchase I bought an upright freezer from a well known American brand to allow my wife to stock up on frozen food. Once I had the additional freezer space it became clear we could use more refrigerator space too. At this point I did not want to buy a regular refrigerator because that would come with more freezer space that I did not need. I searched for refrigerator only units and there were very few and they were expensive. I then came across this convertible freezer/refrigerator that was exactly what I needed. I use it as a refrigerator but it is good to know that I could switch to using it as a freezer if needed. It only draws about 2 amps so I could plug it into the new 20 amp outlet that I put in the basement for the other freezer I bought (also draws 2 amps). It runs very quietly and cooled down quickly after being plugged in.

Love my new Frdge. Keeps our food at the right temperature. Plenty of room. Large drawer. I can convert this into a Freezer. Great for the price.The outside of the door shows the temperature when you open it. It is easy to turn it into a Freezer with a push of a button.

Love this upright freezer, i wanted until i had it for two months. It has worked great from day one, but really not surprised. When i buy from Bestbuys i try to get Insignia brand, i have Insignia tv,Insignia ice maker and two freezer. I have read bad reviews on here about Insignia products, I have had no problem with any Insignia products i have purchased. Great product, Bestbuys is the first place i look if im in the market for Electronics or appliances.

I've had this freezer for a little over a month. Time will tell, but so far I have no complaint. It is perfect! Before buying it, I researched reviews on big name brand products and their quality has declined over the years. This Insignia was the size I needed, the color I wanted, it's ENERGY STAR certified, and was less expensive than other brands. Other items I have purchased from Best Buy were great! So, I don't expect this to be any different.

I always what I needed a large freezer for my apartment because that’s the only type that was presented to me when shopping at various stores. After visiting Best Buy and being shown this freezer, I knew that I no longer needed a large freezer. This one fits perfectly and I don’t have to over buy to fill it up.

I am using this as an extra garage freezer. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. Delivery was on time and very courteous. The product was undamaged and set up without any problems. The freezer it's self is higher quality than expected and looks very nice. I've been monitoring the temperature inside with a regular old school mercury thermometer, and found that the digital temperature setting is spot on maintaining the correct temperature. No complaints here!

First of all...BEST BUY...rules!!! I can not describe how happy this makes me feel to write this...2020 was a longggg year and with that not many words needed. We started looking for an upright freezer and could not find one because people had the same idea...stock up... so 3 months in a lookout when someone posted a picture and when I add it to the cart as I did 4 other times before this I thought: it will be another one ...the day of delivery it will say it is backorder ...no not on this case.I got an email asking me to confirm delivery, I could not believe my eyes! Delivered by 2 gentlemen wearing masks and keeping a distance and that's it... The Freezer/fridge combo is awesome, tons of space, and yes on my garage perfect and just the way I wanted. Thank you BEST BUY for it and for keeping your employees and customers safe and happy. I soooo recommend the item and the company. Orminia Santana

Nice freezer that can be converted to a fridge just bu turning down the temperature. Good price and quality. Our family has purchased two of these freezer/fridge.

It's quiet. It has very easy to use temperature controls. It is very roomy. I love it! The only con I have for it is that I have a stone floor where the freezer is, and because of how strong the magnetic seal on the door is when I open it the freezer slides a little bit. That might be because it's not full yet, and not a deal breaker for me.

You control the temperature setting. Built in LED lights. Ideal for homes, apt or condos with a deep freezer and want only a full refrigerator. You have the option to convert it to either refrigerator or freezer. It had wheels on the back and it can be pushed all the way to the wall if you wish. Excellent appliance. Good for a family of two - four. Great for storage. I’ve had it for about three weeks or more and received compliments. It’s not a modern smart refrigerator but it will provide you with what you need. Perfect for storage, just a refrigerator unit/stand up freezer. Plus you control the temperature settings for both.
