Pros - freezes quickly and stays at temperature, quiet operation, door seals securely and takes a good tug to open so kids can't accidentally open it, display dims after you close the door. Cons - not really a con, but I prefer wire shelves for airflow. In a freezer you don't have to worry about liquid spills as in a fridge.

We got this freezer to store our dog food. It is large and for Thanksgiving we were able to convert it from a freezer to a fridge to store the food day of! I love that it is large and I can buy things in bulk now to save a little bit on shipping costs each time I order.

I'm using this as a refrigerator but love that I could switch to a freezer. It is quiet and very efficient. It has plenty of space and am very happy of this purchase.

This Insignia - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerator - Stainless Steel unit is everything W we wanted and needed. We unpacked it, set it up and for the first two weeks used it as a refrigerator. it worked flawlessly. Then we switched over to freezer mode which is how it will be used. Again, it is working well. It looks good, it's very quiet and to top it all off the price was great plus it's an Energy Star Product. While it is not a "Name" brand product, we have every in confidence Best Buy backing their House Brand products!

Begin with the service from a BestBuy employee to the service from the delivery team, we have been pleased with this upright freezer. Bought during a sale, making the price right. Was easy to set up, has plenty of room for our needs and has worked beautifully since.

Love it not too big not to small and the best is that I have the option to use it as Frizzer or refrigerator. Price was great.

I love having a garage freezer!!! This freezer is perfect size for my house. I haven't used it as a fridge yet, but it's super easy to change to fridge, just push a button. This will come in handy if having a party and need overflow for drinks.

We tried to buy a second refrigerator from other box stores but we were dissatisfied with the products. This refrigerator is a very good purchase and we love it. It is very roomy, does not have the space consuming icebox, was easy to set up and adjust and runs very well. it is the ideal second refrigerator in my opinion and I am happy that we got an extended warranty for complete peace of mind, Would buy again!

This fridge is amazing! It holds a lot more than you'd think. I have it in our garage and used a thermometer to confirm it's holding the correct temp while out there. I use it mainly for a home-based bakery business and it's great. We've even talked about purchasing another for ourselves. This is the only fridge that we found of this type (without a freezer) that was reasonably priced, and the fact that you can use it as either a fridge or a freezer is the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

I would only recommend this freezer for a basement or garage use. It’s nice, it’s spacious, it’s cheap for what it is but good lord is it loud. I bought this for a meat locker/frozen meal freezer on my first floor and you can hear it wherever you are on the first floor. It has a loud wuring, buzzing noise whenever the compressor kicks on. It very much sounds like a loud grocery store or convenience store open fridge. So if you were like me and you plan on putting this somewhere that you want to exist in the same place also I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s far louder than my other two fridge/freezers.

I’m so disappointed I didn’t buy this sooner. I researched freezers for weeks. This thing is a beast! We use it for our garage freezer. A lot of space, well lit inside. You can easily see everything. The shelves are big enough for large products. The door compartments are perfect for smaller things. There is also a large drawer on the bottom. The door screen allows a great added feature to show temp and also notify you if the door is left open. 5 stars hands down!!!

So far so good. It keeps frozen food frozen. I like that you can see the temperature of the freezer on the door. It's a perfect size inside and outside for what I need and it looks nice. I use it as an extra freezer in my basement.

We got 2 of these to use as a freezer and a refrigerator. We know that a 2000 dollar refrigerator will not fit through our doors. Plus the freezer part is always too small, even with a stand up freezer in the basement. And the cost was still less that an oversize expensive product. These are the perfect size and fit in our kitchen. As for the water and ice, we bought a ice maker and water that hooks up to our water line

This freezer is incredibly spacious. I prefer a verified freezer because it takes up less space. You are going to stack stuff on a chest freezer after all. This unit is sleek and sturdy. We’ve had it for a couple months and it’s been great. Especially with all the holding we are doing with the pandemic. I highly recco this freezer. The digital display is efficient and correct. You can also switch the unit to a refrigerator if you find you need more space for refrigerated foods rather than frozen. Great product for the price.

I needed a supplemental freezer due to the COVID-19 event and potential food shortages. I already have a large 21 cubic foot freezer in the basement and didn't need another full sized unit. This unit was easy for the deliverymen to carry down a narrow stairway. I'm using it for my meat products and my original freezer for miscellaneous frozen food. When things hopefully return to normal, I can convert this to a refrigerator to store beverages. This is a great unit and the price was right. I highly recommend this unit.
