It has worked great from day one, but really not surprised. When i buy from Bestbuys i try to get Insignia brand, i have Insignia tv,Insignia ice maker and two freezer. I have read bad reviews on here about Insignia products, I have had no problem with any Insignia products i have purchased. Great product, Bestbuys is the first place i look if im in the market for Electronics or appliances.

I think it operated as one big vegetable controlled humidity drawer. Then I switched it to freezing because the cost of food went up and I could preserve with freezing, buying in bulk. It’s a dream for people who freeze homemade broths, precooked vegetables and such. There’s so much room that I didn’t even organize last time I had a huge meat delivery but I can still find what I need in my unorganized life.

Fits good in the small space we had in our garage .Just the right amount of space inside for all the meat we needed to put in there. If looking for a upright freezer this would be the one I would to get for all your needs.It will hold a whole hog.

Everything stacks really well, it is lit on the inside, there is a drawer at the bottom which holds bags of frozen food. The size works well, its not too big for the space we have.

Quiet and works well

I purchased two units, one is uded as a fridge and the other as a freezer. Going this route was much better than buying a larger single unit that does both. As for why, the extra space is impressive. Lasty, I find the unit to runs very quietly and is easy to use.

It is just the right size to fit in the garage. We waited 24 hours for the unit to convert to a freezer before adding food after the freezer was delivered. This was recommended by the delivery person but the freezer was ready for use in about 2 hours. The shelves are clear glass and there is a large crisper drawer on the bottom. The freezer runs quietly and so far we are very pleased. The freezer holds a lot of food.
