I have done business with Best Buy for many years and I will continue to do business with them. I have never had any problems they've always been kind and courteous. I also love the freezer that I just purchased.

Nice freezer. Very good price. Delivery was on time and easy. This replaces a Galanz unit that died in less than a year. Hopefully this will last a lot longer.

We like this Hybrid model since it can be either a fridge or freezer. Great option for our use in our cabin during the year. In the summer we'll use it as a freezer since we need a lot of extra room for frozen foods when we have large family get togethers. Winter time probably a fridge. Easy set-up. We like the upright (it replaced a chest freezer) since you can pretty much see everything with out having to empty it all out and see what is at the bottom.

This freezer is quite lovely. Perfectly sized for me and my baby girl, able to store whatever i need and still have room for her special chocolate muffins. stays cold 24/7, should have bought this sooner!

We were looking for a small beverage fridge to replace a pair of old dorm fridges. This served the purpose; lots of room for drinks, and no freezer since we didn't need another freezer section. We have not tried the convertible function to a freezer, as that wasn't what we were looking for, but are happy with it as a drink fridge. It is very quiet.

I am using this as a freezer. I really couldn't tell how big it was because the images on the product page doesn't have a good reference to compare the sizes. They could have pictured it in a garage with a car parked next to eat. Or next to a garage door opened just above the freezer. This would be a far shot and not close up. I am happy with the size. I was debating getting this or a larger one but I am totally happy with the size of this one. I am still working on the right temperature. It ranges from 0 to 10.

Purchased this product for our family party barn. Perfect size and best of all you can change this product to a full refrigerator or full freezer. We mostly have used this product for drinks and to keep food cold. The fact that you can choose the temperature you want is a great feature . We set ten temp at 36 degrees which is perfect for our cold beverages!!!

The price was good. I am loving this deep freezer. I put it in my garage. It's the perfect size. You can use it as a deep freezer or a refrigerator. But not both at the same time. I would buy another one.

This was by far the best experience I have had. I was having trouble with my deep freeze, I opened the door and all my food was thawed. I contacted Geek Squad, without hesitation, she had an appointment setup for a repair person to come to my home. We ended the call, then about 5 minutes I got a call from the same lady at Geek Squad who informed me that Rathman we with for a texh to come to our house, Oder the parts needed, then return at another date to install the replacement parts, she wanted us to have our deep freeze sooner, so she made it to where ours was eligible for an exchange. We now have a NEW deep freeze coming to us without any cost. Best experience ECER!

Bought this upright unit and currently using it as a freezer, but it has the ability to change to just a refrigerator unit, which come this summer I just may take advantage of that. So far, the unit is whisper quiet and does an excellent job freezing. The door seal is extremely strong so when I close it, I know there won't be a single leak. Highly recommend this Insignia Upright unit!!!

Exactly what I was looking for and size is perfect. I have had no issues and operates as stated! I like I can switch between refrigerator and freezer. Installers were great!

This is a great freezer. I was worried about this being a "real freezer" due to its ability to convert to fridge, but so far, its great. Nice size - holds ton of food and bins. Adjustable glass shelves, deep bottom full plastic (not wire) drawer, & lots of door shelves. Makes no noise - very quiet - I keep mine in my kitchen. I agree with others you need to ensure you shut the door manually and push firm - but I do that anyway. This is worth the money and I would buy again.

This is actually our second fridge/freezer. We bought the first one to use as a freezer and ended up using as a fridge. So, we needed another one to use as a freeze. They’re great! Perfect size and it’s a stand up!

I had purchased an Insignia chest freezer at the beginning of the quarantine shutdown in 2020. Freezers were in high demand and choices were limited. The Insignias were in stock and the prices were good. I had never purchased this brand before so I didn't know what to expect. The chest freezer worked great, quiet and froze quickly....however chest freezers tend to get annoying very quickly with trying to dig through and locate what you need and becomes unorganized very quickly. So finally these Insignia upright models came back in stock and I purchased one. The size to price ratio is hard to beat compared to other brands. I really like the digital temp gauge and how it's easy to set an actual temperature versus just a knob with a 1-10 number. It has a good amount of space, the shelving is perfect to keep it organized, the bottom bin is great for bagged foods, the bonus door storage space, not to mention it has a light inside which is unheard of with a freezer. The build quality is nice and solid, and the door seals tight. I mainly bought this to be a freezer but it is such an incredible bonus to be able to just covert this to a fridge if I ever wanted to. I would definitely buy another one of these if I needed another freezer or refrigerator.

This is a great addition to our deep freeze (which was becoming overfilled), as we are using this as a upright freezer BUT could convert it to a standard refrigerator! I really appreciate the ability to use as either one, depending on your need! It also displays the temp, etc. on the outside, which is helpful! Definitely worth the money in my opinion!

Having just a refrigerator with a small top freezer without shelves in my kitchen, I am absolutely loving this upright freezer which I put in my garage. It allows me to see what I have at a glance and be more organized, so I will no longer end up with old freezer burned food. It freezes everything super fast. I haven't tried it as a refrigerator yet. I am hoping that it will be just as good when using it that way.

ensignia is a great freezer, I never used as a refrigerator. the freezer is full and runs quietly and has a warning sound if the door is opened too long. temperature on the front of door is great when I walked by I can see it I will never go back to the chest freezer again. this has a nice draw on the bottom and shelfs to organize your food. no more digging on the bottom of a chest freezer

The price and availability was to good to pass up, and with free delivery. On Line purchase was easy. Delivery was promised within three days but arrived in two. Very nice. The delivery crew unpacked and set up the freezer and made sure it was working properly. We have had the freezer for a few months now and it is working fine. It is very quiet so i like the temperature display on the door. Plenty room to store half a steer and some extras.

We bought this Insignia™ - 13.8 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Convertible Upright Freezer - Stainless steel unit to replace our old chest freezer. This unit is great we just plugged it in and set the temp. It has plenty of space and you can see every thing very easily. So far 5 stars.

I started a business & needed a freezer. This freezer converts to a refrigerator. It is perfect in size & design. I purchased this item on sale but i would have purchased it at regular price.
