    Great inexpensive upright freezer. 1st unit arrived damaged was able to get a replacement within a week. Love the digital control on the outside. Freezer has a door chime to ensure door is closed completely. Picked this over the whirlpool for price and door bins which are not available on the equivalent whirlpool model.

    I would prefer to give -0- stars. This unit stopped working after 13 months. My entire freezer full of food spoiled as the freezer turned off. Since I did not purchase an extended warranty, I'm being asked to pay a $129 service charge. I've tried to find other appliance repair companies to come to fix, but have been told that Insignia parts are difficult to get so most companies don't service this appliance. I do not recommend this product or Best Buy.

    Great freezer! Lots of storage space, many compartments, and storage shelving is useful. Stays clean, no ice build up, and when the door is shut it will suction tight on its own. Perfect upright freezer.

    Waited a few weeks to review. Only use it as a freezer in my garage (hoping the Houston heat and humidity do not shorten its lifespan). So far it’s been great. Really like the door alarm since we have young kids.
